I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

OK, I have purchased mini new vehicles, but this is the first time ever buying a new domestic Auto Mobile a 2025 Canyon elevation I have owned a number of trucks Tacoma Nissan Dodge. In the moment you drive a canyon you know why you’re getting it. I left a very good deal with a new Tacoma and just have to run with the canyon Now the Furman GMC here in lutz Has certainly been stellar over the last eight years in Tampa I’ve had to get into nearly 2 lawsuits with dealerships over violation of administrative problems, horrible finance practices, and below subpar service departments It was really not sure what to expect with this dealership, but in the end, I may have very well found a new home Alec, my salesman has been attentive, polite and not pushy. He’s been responsive and on top of things since I purchased the vehicle. Earnest and finance is by far the best example of professionalism that I’ve ever had and I mean, ever had with a finance department he was thorough. Sincere personable, was not pushy did not give half-baked answers and was very open and forthright in our discussions. It was an incredible experience. Ernest is definitely the finance guy we all need. Service I have Ryan as my service coordinator and he has been nothing but pleasant astute, and on top of things, caring and pleasant so far my interaction with the service department has been stellar along with the parts department, which I had very limited interaction but so far absolutely no complaints As far as the durability and reliability of the GMC canyon time will only tell I hope that it will provide me years of fabulous service while I expect occasional things to break or need to be repaired. I trust and hope that the Americans can make a vehicle that at least challenges the Japanese. This vehicle purchase in every aspect has been incredible. Great job Furman.

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

I like the personal stuff they do for me when I'm having an oil change or just servicing my maverick and f-150!!

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

You are never alone, and if you need to have anything, they are on top of it right away. I got there on a Friday at about 11:00am, test drove the car, dealt with Scott most of the time, but Gary was also instrumental in to putting together the deal. I left with the car of my dream as my retirement gift from me to me and completed the transaction with financing and drove out with the car by 5:00pm. What a day! Honesty, if you find the car you really want there, this is the dealer you would actually enjoy dealing with. No haggling and no pressure, just good old business as it use to be years ago. I bought this truck May 2005 my retirement present after 20 years in the Navy. Its a beast i still have it! I garaged it for a few years. It still workingvas a champ Named it Big Bertha Interir is a bit beat up a few small dents on bumper I added a ranchhand rear bumpers its super strong I dont think i will ever sell it!!!!
