I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Kayla listened and knew exactly the car I was looking for, gave me a great price on both the new car and my trade in, and even though I wasn't ready to commit that 1st day went ahead and had the car I was looking at delivered to the dealership. When I contacted her 2 days later to finalize the deal she had everything ready within hours and the car was detailed and ready by the time I got there. She had followed up on everything, reviewed the entire purchase deal and went over the car with me from top to bottom. It could not have been easier. Hans, the finance person went over all of the sales agreements and offered several extended warranty's and service plans that were available. There was no heavy handed pressure tactics, just a clear description of what was available. The combined experience of dealing with Kayla and Hans made the whole experience extremely pleasant. I drove off the lot with my new car in just over an hour. Kayla has already been in touch to see if I had any additional questions about the car or needed any more help from her. Fantastic customer service. I just wished I lived closer to the dealership so they could handle my maintenance needs as well.
I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
Just purchased a 2018 certified pre-owned Buick LaCrosse Essence yesterday. The whole experience was non-stressful and enjoyable. Chris, Dave, and Bert were exceptionally professional and pleasant to work with! Many thanks for such a positive transaction, Jacqueline H.
Kevin Minto did an excellent job in informing me about the features of my new Sierra SLT. His knowledgeable, friendly and professional demeanor went a long way having me decide to buy. Steve N and Duncan M finished the details. Away we go! Thanks all!

We were 300 miles from home when the brakes on our vehicle locked up. We were fortunate to find this dealership and work with Randy Steinbrook. Randy called us everyday and kept us updated on the progress and explained everything very well. The service work was well done and Randy was terrific to work with.
