2014 Ford F-250 review
I bought truck to tow a camper, hauling and some general towing. I don’t tow all of the time so I bought a gas engine model. Fuel mileage is about 13 mpg, but I guess for a heavy gas truck not terrible. All in all a very good truck.

We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

My service advisor, Michael Martinez (I hope I have his name correct), set the tone for an exceptional visit. He greeted me warmly, clearly explained my service options, and even spotted a nail in one of my tires that I hadn't noticed. Since I'm currently on a road trip from Maryland and will be driving all the way back home, that simple observation likely saved me from a major inconvenience, or worse, during my return trip. I sincerely appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to my safety. I was also impressed by the dealership itself. The facility was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The waiting area was inviting, and the complimentary refreshments were plentiful and thoughtfully stocked. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the digital vehicle inspection video. Being able to actually see my vehicle while the technician explained the inspection findings and maintenance recommendations was incredibly helpful. That level of transparency built a great deal of confidence and trust. It's such an outstanding idea that I'll be recommending it to my home service center in Maryland. Thank you to Michael and the entire CDJR of Tampa Bay team for delivering a first-class experience. Even though I'm from Maryland, this visit left a lasting impression. 2019 Ford F-250 review
Mine is an F250 Lariat (+Lariat value package) Diesel 4x2 ordered in August 2019 and picked up in Oct 2019 and currently has just over 29,000 miles. Mileage is ~19 MPG @ 70MPH not towing and with a Roll n Lock bed cover. I read these other reviews and am somewhat stunned by all the recall complaints. I had one: for wiring under the driver’s seat. Maybe it was the 4x4 models or those with all the super-duper interior gadgets causing the recalls. Other than two cracked front mud flaps, I’ve had nothing go wrong and really do enjoy the truck. No complaints on the ride - it’s a dang super duty truck so I do not expect it to ride like a sedan. What I really like: the exterior mirrors - they nailed it for fantastic coverage. B&O sound system is great, the quiet ride is surprising, retractable step on tailgate, it’s nice having three memory settings (part of option package), great that it still has knobs for volume, radio tuning, temperature etc, dashboard information is customizable, fit and finish is really quite good. The engine, what’s not to like other than diesel being really expensive right now. I also like the Ford app allowing me to see where the vehicle is located, start it, lock it, and a number of other bits of info as well. What I dislike: Mostly it’s how the controls are designed…Cruise control controls - very outdated in this model but might be better on newer models. Headlights (reg, not LED) are just OK, but the brights really do not do much. Generally dislike all the left hand controls: dash lighting stinks-you have to find/look at it and then hold a button to increase or a separate button to decrease - rotary or rocker style control is much easier and does not require eyes off the road to use. The exterior mirror adjustment control has the typical pad to adjust the mirror itself, but each mirror has a non-descript selector button to activate/arm the adjustment for that side vs a simple and tactile distinct slide to ‘arm’ the side for adjustment. You have to do this each time because once you ‘arm’ a side, it goes inactive after a bit so if you are one needing to fiddle with the driver mirror a lot, you’ll have to activate it each time. Again, you kind of have to look at it to begin the adjustment sequence.

Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

2019 Ford F-250 review
I got my crew cab 2019 F250 XLT with the 6.2L for 37k in 2020 with 22k miles on it. I’ve put 25k miles on it in two years and It’s been ok, the cab is very spacious, first thing people say when they open the back doors is “this thing is a limo!” And trust me it’s the best thing for moving. I love the fold up backseats, it’s just that much more cargo space. Mine also has the pop up organizer under the seat which is perfect for grocery shopping, and keeping tools from rolling around. She’s pretty quick for her size too which I enjoy, I’ve had no running issues yet but honestly I’m not impressed with its Towing capabilities. I had my older 7200lb superduty on a trailer and the 2019 seemed to have a hard time figuring out what gear it wanted to be in even with tow mode on while doing 30-40mph. Between that, the heat shield breaking drive shafts recall, and the death wobble I’m sad to say I’m a bit scared of how reliable this thing will be in the long term. I have mine on the list for a new steering dampener to fix it’s death wobble but parts are back ordered “could be 2 weeks or 6 months” the dealership told me. Luckily Ford will cover it cuz it’s a widespread known issue tho. I love the ride and the space, but the mpg is killing me at 15mpg when my 2000 f250 also gets 12-15! 19 years of improvements for the same fuel mileage? Kind of pathetic! My 2000 is just a better truck even with the smaller 5.4L. when it comes to hauling, towing and yanking trees out of the ground the old girl takes the cake!

2025 Ford F-250 review
I ordered my 2025 Super Duty Platinum and it came in the end of January. I usually custom order my vehicles and get all the extras on my trucks. The Godzilla V8 engine is a monster 7.3 liter with about 700 hp and 600 lbs of torque The cameras are remarkably clear and I can drive with the rear/side camera views live. Great safety feature. This truck is meant to tow heavy loads. Fuel mileage is not great but it’s as I expected.I feel the turning radius seems tighter/better than the F150 I used to have. I love the onboard scale in the truck bed. Very convenient. I have a g Factory generator also. I always put in a Line X spray in bed liner and have a roll n lock top…out of sight out of mind.The easy pull out steps make easy access to bed contents.A big Ranch Hand grill was installed to replace factory bumper because I drive in north Florida deer country. There is one thing I’d change, Ford used to give multiple interior colors and with my Platinum package it limited me to grey 🤦♀️. for a very expensive vehicle I should have had interior color choices. So I really don’t have much to complain about. This truck is a very strong towing machine. I also had dual exhaust installed, nice mud flaps and a different larger air filter.Such a great rumble sound now. It’s my fourth Super Duty and I’m very impressed with all of my options including the two front seats that totally recline if I had to sleep in this beauty. Never have I seen or driven a nicer truck.

2002 Ford F-250 review
My research began of which truck to buy. I couldn't afford a new one so it was definitely going to be a used truck. I looked at both dealerships of Ford and Chevy. Wasn't a fan of Dodge 4WD trucks because of it's looks and it's loud exhaust. The comparisons in Ford won my decision in the F-250 4WD Crew Cab but it came with decisions of which two different diesel engines would be installed in the truck I wanted to purchase. I wanted a diesel engine over gas for it's excellent mileage to and from work. Now, I had to do research which diesel engine would be the best fit for me. I'm guilty for using the web on helping me decide which was the better diesel engine. I chose the 7.3 diesel engine over 6.0 liter because of it's high reviews and reliability. At work, I drove a rental Ford f-450 diesel boom truck at which I enjoyed driving. It's reliability never broke down like the gasoline boom trucks my company purchased later. In 2013, the truck I purchased was over 10 years old. The mileage didn't bother me as much as the price did. The interior was fairly clean. The previous owner took pride in maintaining his truck. I chose leather seats over fabricated ones. Ford's King Ranch almost won my vote for purchasing one of their trucks. Their beautiful leather two tone interior can win anyone's heart. The new trucks had an improved 6.7 liter diesel engine which says has better mileage than the 7.3 diesel engine. I have friends that still drive their early aged F-250's with over a million miles on them. They like to telling me stories of their experiences what their Ford trucks pulled of their private boats or trailers. I chose my F-250 from it's high reviews, it's price, it's beige leather interior, and it's exterior color of dark green. This truck has given me more pleasure than I can explain here on this website. If you choose to buy a truck new or used. Do your research, but buy a Ford truck. You can never go wrong with them.

2020 Ford F-250 review
I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

2017 Ford F-250 review
Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.
