I recently went in to look at used cars at Nissan North. I am just starting to look and wanted to test drive a car on my lunch break. I contacted them through cars.com and received a text within an hour. They had the car pulled up ready to test drive since I was limited to my lunch break that day. Seth helped me out. He was knowledgeable about the car despite it not being a Nissan and was not overly pushy. I took a test drive and we discussed financing options. I have not purchased a car yet, but I plan to keep looking at their used car inventory until they have exactly what I am looking for. Thank you!
The Customer Service representative I worked with in the Service Department, Steve, clearly viewed customer service as a top priority. I found him to be friendly, considerate of my time and comfort, efficient and professional. I have been having problems using my rewards account. Steve went out of his way to help me. He called someone to help me and offered information as to the email they have associated with the account.
Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!
I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, and Tony Garver and Stacey were amazing to me. They worked with me to give the the best price and lowest interest rate on the truck I truly wanted! Hands down best experience ever!
Yea they work with you on your payments as long as you keep in touch with the dealership. Also help you leave there with a car. Really love the energy in there. Lol just say they stay true with you on helping you.
Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. On my second stop in, again, it seemed that the odds were against me. He went above and beyond to insure that I left with a car. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my family members and friends. Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. In between, I suggested to my mother that she call Vince and buy her car, she did, and was very satisfied with the car, Vince and the entire process. A few months ago, my sister needed a car....yep....called Vince and now she is driving an awesome, like new car! Of course she is just as satisfied as the rest of us were! By the way, we live almost two hours away from Car Max Easton. Worth the trip! Whenever I am ready to trade, I will be calling Vince! As a matter of fact, I was very surprised to see anything other five star reviews. None of us had even one complaint.
The service was great!!!! From the moment I sent out that I was interested in one of the vehicles, I got a prompt response. Plus, the dealer made sure I was available and double checked when I would be arriving.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
It's been 30 years since buying from a dealer and having to finance an auto. I forgot how much fun it is... Bought a used 2015 Cruze diesel. I do like this car! After the first week ck engine light showed up. Pulled out the code reader and it was a emissions sensor that failed. Lucky for me it is covered by a special extended factory warranty. Dealer confirmed my findings and ordered replacement. Was given a loaner to drive until new part arrived the next day and was replaced.
Mike was an awesome salesman. He had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and he explained the vehicle options. There was no pressure to buy and he made sure my needs were met. I wouldn’t consider anyone other than the Hatfield name.
The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.
