I had a flat, it caused rim scrapping on both tires on drivers side, I called Brennen and brought the car in and this morning Patty called and it was a nail and they could repair tire and have rims fixed. This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

This vehicle owned up to the GMC name. We never had an issue with this vehicle at all. The amenities were excellent with the model we had. I came with its own phone number provided by At&T along with WiFi! Sunroof, leather interior and not to mention OnStar. Great purchase!

If you're in the market for a used car, Unicar is the place to go. They don't buy junk cars to sell to the public. All cars are serviced before they leave the lot. They don't negotiate because they have nice cars with fair prices. They bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. For example, I left the lot and the airbag light was on. I called they were so gracious and asked me to come in and they will take care of the problem, and that was after it was purchased as is. I was hesitant visiting this Dealer W/ all of the negative reviews, however, they advertised a vehicle which 8 was interested in . The sales person assigned 2 me, Mrs. Anesthesia, was very friendly & extremely helpful, part of the 4 stars i gave them. Upon my request, the Dealer had a mechanic 2 run a diagnostic test 2 ensure there were no codes active( thank U). My 2 biggest complaints are: 1. They didn't detail or clean the vehicle 4 me. They said it would be detailed, however, it wasn't. 2. Most car Dealers will fill up the gas tank, & clean up the vehicle, while you are completing the sales paperwork. Victory Auto only filled up to a half of tank... The car runs good so far, & after I cleaned it up after driving home, the car is a very nice looking car... I'm not sure how, when, ir why all of the negative comments, but my experience, except for the gas & detailing, was quite pleasant.. Carter, J
