I can’t believe it. Nissan of Gadsden did it again. This is my SECOND car to buy from Nissan of Gadsden. I went down to have my Nissan Sentra SR serviced. I was so impressed with the Rock Creek Nissan Rogue, that I wondered, could I trade in my Nissan Sentra and possibly get this New 26 Rock Creek Edition Nissan Rogue and get a good deal. Well, that’s when this story begins. Almost instantly after just thinking that, I was approached by a salesman named (DAVID WEBB) and politely asked could he help me with anything today. I expressed my feelings towards the Nissan Rogue and he said, just give me a chance and I believe we can make this deal happen for you today. He asked me about my trade in and away he went. He said let me now do my job now. What happens next has to be the greatest car buying experience I have ever been a part of. David Webb, my salesman started with the Sales Manager (Kevin Lateran) and we all talked about our deal. But it didn’t stop there. The General Manager (Nick Lanza ) got involved. Before this deal ended, the entire sales team wouldn’t stop until we had a deal. Once the deal was complete I went to finance. (Zane Epperson) the finance manager just made the deal better. He spent good quality time explaining my many options for this purchase. In the end. This wound up being absolute best car decision I have ever made. My salesman David Webb went so far outside the normal to make this deal happen. I would try to look him up if your considering buying or trading anything at Nissan of Gadsden. I certainly will remain a Nissan of Gadsden Coustomer for many years to come.

Taking it on road trip Oklahoma to Key West Florida w/ stopover in Tennessee. I am getting 30 mpg running 75 mph. It handled like a dream going through Smokie mt. I was getting 32 mpg there. I like the ride on the interstates & I love the adaptive cruise control.

Very pleasant auto buying experience. Great people to talk with and fair in their negotiations. I pointed out a scrape on the vehicle and they made a fair adjustment. It was the perfect buying experience … until I woke up this morning. I went out to wash the bugs off from driving home the night before and found several breaks and cracks in the grill and fender that I didn’t notice when I bought it the night before. They of course didn’t point them out to me. All I can say is, “Shame on me,”. My responsibility for not looking it over more closely. My bad not them. Buyers Beware! Look over every inch, twice. Everything is made of plastic these days.

I live in Utah but recently bought an Escalade from Halladay Cadillac in Cheyenne and honestly, I was just super impressed with everyone. You can tell these guys know how to treat people right and run a solid, honest dealership. They picked me up at the Denver airport and drove me up to Cheyenne. After the sale, on my way home I noticed that the USB and HDMI ports in the vehicle did not work. It was unexpected, but the way they handled it really meant a lot. The repair wasn't cheap but they didn’t make excuses, they just took care of it and made things right. That kind of service is rare, and it meant a lot. It was clear they stood behind what they sold, and that goes a long way. I’d absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone who wants to work with good people who actually care about doing the right thing. Special thanks to Bryon the salesman who was super helpful and never pushy and John the sales manager who was a pleasure to work with in getting the issue resolved after the purchase and Shawn Smith the GM for standing behind the sale and being willing to take care of it. I have bought several vehicles from them. I am a buyer who has researched trade in values and financing options and who comes in with specific demands. I demand to be given a specific amount for my trade in, I demand a specific monthly payment. When they come to me with lower trade in value and higher payment I simply say no. They continue to work with me and eventually acquiese to my demands. They are easy to work with where other dealers don’t like my approach. I can’t see me using any other dealer.
