I had a great experience at Toyota, specifically with Bill P. He was able to fix an issue with our account that we were having for several weeks in which 4 other people were not able to fix. On top of that he knew exactly what the vehicle issue was and was spot on with his speculation. Best service provider I have had at Toyota and will be requesting him every time I go in!

Justin Peters always provides the best customer service. He offered me a loaner because the department was so busy. Turns out the mechanic was able to get it repaired by end-of-day so I returned the car next morning. I was very appreciative of his consideration. Thank you.

Taking it on road trip Oklahoma to Key West Florida w/ stopover in Tennessee. I am getting 30 mpg running 75 mph. It handled like a dream going through Smokie mt. I was getting 32 mpg there. I like the ride on the interstates & I love the adaptive cruise control.

My experience with Gordie Boucher was very good. We went to find a used car but ended up leasing a new car but we were never pressured in making our decision. This is a dealership with Genuine people! Its hard to find a place where you truly trust that they are not just trying to make a buck! I have had several interactions with Sales, Finance, Service, and Parts. Every one I have met that works there has been kind, honest, genuine, and friendly. I was in the market to replace my 13-year-old Jeep Liberty and I've had my eye on the Renegade for the past year or so. I worked with an awesome sales guy who was patient and answered all of my questions. Russ Darrow had an amazing inventory compared to some other dealerships.

It took a while due to Nissan. The dealership was great. No pressure type of approach. They do add on 3k for “accessories” that you don’t have the option on. They made up for it by offering more on my trade in. Everything was reasonable. Due to the length of time the sales manager gave us a $50 gift card and a free gas up when we stop by later this week. All good people here.
