Phul was awesome!! I went to the dealership to look for an upgrade to my Traverse. Found an amazing 2027 Traverse RS on the lot, but it wasn?t the color I wanted. Phul and Celia, the manager, worked endlessly to find my perfect car. I got to pick it up a couple weeks later. The wait was a killer, but they went above and beyond. This car is perfect. I can?t wait for family trips and taking in the stars through the awesome moon roof. Although I was disappointed on the wait, the professionalism and end result went above and beyond 5 stars. After facing a bill of $492.00 Mr. Bacon understood my problem and told me "don't worry , the parts are on the way and your window will be fixed. He later told me that they want me to pay $100.00. I told him my 1st visit was within my warranty and I shouldn't even have a bill. Later he came back and told me "you're good". I thanked him for his services. I will call Mr. Bacon for future services.
