I wish more car dealerships had salespeople and practices like this. He was transparent about the condition of the vehicle. He didn’t treat negotiations like a game. He treated us with respect. The gmc Yukon from 2014 is very good it’s good for snow hauling trailers and children. What I love is the cozy luxury interior with the leather seats. It is very reliable the biggest problem we had was the cooling system failing but the repair cost was only $200. I kept everything on it stock. The sound system speakers are crazy good the base is 200% good I just love everything about it!

Despite my car still being under warranty, several other Ford dealerships were unwilling to service my vehicle and provide the loaner that is guaranteed under my warranty. When it came to Dave Arbogast coordinating a loaner vehicle, Leah was very accommodating and friendly. The first person I spoke to in the service department was Justin. Each time I called back, he was very pleasant and willing to help. He communicated updates throughout the entire process, and he did an excellent job explaining the situation in a technical way and with layman’s terms. LOVE this vehicle, have owned many YUKON's through the years, super comfortable, smooth ride, great gas mileage for a full size SUV. Great steering and love that it has universal cylinders 4, 6, 8 I find I coast a lot. Can't say enough about how happy I am with this vehicle

SWERVE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN WHICH GOT MOSTLY EVERYTHING THAT I ASKED FOR EXCEPT FOR THE FREE AVAILABLE CAR FAX. I RECEIVED INFORMATION ON WHEN THE TIMING BELT AND WATER PUMP WAS REPLACED. I GOT A VIDEO OF THE CAR STARTED UP AND RUNNING SINCE I LIVE OUT OF STATE.

Easiest car I have ever bought minus the 2 hour drive to get there. Went test drove, looked at carfax signed the papers and left. I had already emailed all the papers and documents they needed. So everything was already done.

Back in early February, I went in to look at Mazda CX-5 they had on their lot, but it sold that morning or the day before. My boyfriend inquired about a 2019 Honda CR-V they had on their lot and asked if the price was negotiable, given that the mileage was pretty high (148,XXX for a 2019). Miguel (or Cole) said, "Everything on the lot is negotiable." Having just come from a Mazda dealership that had a strict no negotiation policy while also overpricing their used inventory, this was a huge plus for us. While we took the CR-V for a test drive, my boyfriend ran the specs on it and a couple codes popped up. Nothing major, but we wanted to ask about them. When we returned and told them about codes, Cole immediately took it back and checked it out. Didn't argue with my boyfriend, didn't take offense, nothing. Just took it back and offered to have us go back there with them while they looked it over. Huge green flag for me. On top of that, they had very outgoing personalities, were super funny and personable, great banter. Their building didn't feel like some over-sanitized, white-walled, personality-less dealership. It felt like I was going to my buddy's garage to get work done on my car and hang out (and I mean that in all the best ways). When it was time to sit down and start talking turkey, we didn't want to negotiate the price. These guys had been so cool from the very start, that at that point, it didn't feel right to haggle down. Instead, they took off the documentation fee, and we walked out paying the exact sticker price on the car. It is now the middle of March and my car has been running flawlessly. I have already taken it to Detroit and it did amazing. While I'm in no hurry to buy another car any time soon, if or when the time comes to get another one, they will be the first dealership I reach out to!
