I brought my SUV in for a repair on 11/19/24. Josh Baldwin, the service manager, was very proactive communicating with me via text on the diagnosis, estimated cost to repair, and estimated time to repair. Their technician made a video showing and explaining where the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Their entire service process felt open and honest, unlike other dealers' service departments I've dealt with.

I had a fantastic experience working with Michael Gutierrez at Beaverton Buick. From the moment I contacted him, he was incredibly helpful and made the entire car-buying process smooth and easy. He took the time to walk me through all my options, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the right packages for my car.
