2016 GMC Savana 2500 review
I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

The entire staff was so friendly, even though I was there at the end of their Saturday hours. When I couldn’t get a ride to pick up the car during their weekday hours, they brought the car to me, an hour away! I'm your typical person who equates dealing with car dealers as favorably as being beaten with a sledgehammer. It's been torture for consumers for many years. Luckily for people like me the internet has streamlined the process (if you prefer it that way) to where you can handle the bulk of the transaction before having to go to the dealer to kick the tires. I basically want the finances done before I ever leave the house. Then if I go and like the car I can almost just sign and get out of Dodge(or Buick in this case) and leave behind all the staring salesman that look at you like chum as soon as you walk through the door. So bottom line we started the transaction through email and indicated that we wanted to have the financing approved and set before we came for the test drive. They had no problem with that. The manager called after we did the online application and gave us our options. We then set up the visit. Everyone was pleasant, even the guy at the greeting desk. We did the test drive, dealt with the dreaded finance guy, who was also pleasant, added a warranty which was presented very easily and cleanly, signed the deal and got out without any hassle or pressure. Maybe some people prefer the old school way of visiting the dealer and test driving first, then sitting with all the relevant actors, but again I want to be there as little as possible. Basically sign and drive. That's what we asked for and they delivered with smiles all around. I would recommend to a friend.
