Our salesman, Joe J. And the team behind him went above and beyond. I test drove a 2024 Equinox EV and liked it. Said, ok, I want to lease it. However, my wife wanted a feature that was not on any of the Equinoxes on the lot. So, we called an audible and said we need to see a Blazer EV when we got there to PICK UP the Equinox! Parks had the Blazer waiting for us, let my wife drive it, she liked it and they put all the documentation together on the fly. Have not yet experienced the service side but the sales side is A+!

I noticed a tire had less pressure than the other tires on my vehicle. I pulled over and saw a medium sized nail in my tire. I called The Parks dealership to see if they were busy and/or if they could fit me in; otherwise, I would go somewhere else. It was a Monday and usually they are busy on these days; however, it was Veteran's Day. First call, I couldn't get answer and got voicemail. So, I called back a few minutes later and someone transferred me to the Service dept., but no one picked up. Third time I called it sounded like someone picked up but then I got disconnected. I took a chance and went to the dealership. Fortunately, Jordan was there, took a look and saw the nail, then said they could patch it. Great! I was not wanting to buy a new tire at this time. I waited about an hour with one other person who was there waiting to have two tires fixed for the same issue. Jordan, as always is friendly and personable, and by now knows me by name! LOL! I was recently there for a 75k service in which I had something rolling around in my air ducts. The piece was found and removed; however, there is a second piece I later heard rolling around after I left. Before leaving this visit; I mentioned it to Jordan as I had forgotten about it. He said they can take a look at it the next time I come in, which is good because I had somewhere to be and couldn't wait longer. In all my experiences with Parks, and I've had more than I would like to admit (of course, at no fault of there's), they are always on top of things and everyone is so friendly! Great service and customer service! They try to make you as comfortable as possible while waiting. If you don't want to wait they have partnered with Lyft (I think) to take you whereever and then they pick you back up to get your vehicle at no charge to you. Awesome!

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Bought the car CPO in summer 2021 with 38k miles. Now being summer 2024 with 90k miles and I’ve mostly had good luck with the car and its components. I have the extended warranty through 100k miles but I feel like all American cars are built to fail after the warranty runs out. Overall great car: I have the 2.0L turbo engine with 9 speed auto and AWD. AWD is great when turned on, grips the road well, and to be honest the 2.0L has a TON of power; way more than you need for a compact SUV! I had a quick issue around 65k miles where the service traction control and stability light came on for 15 minutes. Dismissed itself and haven’t had an issue since. At 75k miles, it was during the winter time, the car would display “park break realized” and “service traction control” when the auto start stop would kick back on (there’s no way to shut off the auto start/stop system). No issues and lights but the messages would pop up and dismiss themselves. Little did I know it was my battery dying and my mechanic said “some wires were loose” and he tightened them up. Haven't had an issue since I got a new battery. Last thing that happens is sometimes when you have Apple CarPlay going and you unplug the phone, the infotainment system will freeze and no Bluetooth, usb, or CarPlay will work for the reming duration of the ride unless you stop the car and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Simply shutting it off and turning it back on never worked. Overall I give this car a good rating for 0-100k miles. I am pleased with the car but looking for something bigger soon. I think I did overpay a bit for it ($30k for 38k miles) since I got it summer of 2021 when new cars were nonexistent!

When I purchased my vehicle Damon Martin suggested the maintenance and tire warranty. This has turned out to be a lifesaver. I?ve had to replace a tire several times and it didn?t cost me anything. As far as service goes, the service department made the whole process easy. Kenny Caldwell kept me informed of the progress even on his day off.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Everyone was great, in fact, I was there on the wrong date, yet they worked me in to the schedule and got me taken care of quicker than I expected. kudos to the whole service team. Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

My service tech, Julie, was very professional and courteous. I did not have an appointment for service, but Julie reached out to the service department manager and informed me that they would be able to work me in. My Yukon was running hot and as I suspected, the thermostat was needing replacement. Randy Marion had the part on hand and Julie told me to allow for several hours. The work was done on time and there were no surprise additional costs or fees. The whole experience was why I keep going back to Randy Marion Buick / GMC.

Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

This place definitely eceded my expectations. From the staff at the front desk being super welcoming and Chris, was super helpful despite him being super busy the day I came in. He was super knowledgeable and straight forward with answering my questions. I came in the following day on Chris's day of just to show the car to someone and to my surprise Erick came out to introduce him self and see if I needed anything. He then informed me the paperwork was pretty much done and that i could pick up the car sooner than I anticipated. The 2 of them made the process super enjoyable and seamless. Lets not forget the 30k+ square foot indoor showroom definitely does not disappoint. If you're in the market for a luxury automotive this is definitely the place to go.
