I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
Had a lot of very nice vehicles on the lot but still out of my price range. Looking for a good used truck that is in great shape. All in all well trained salespeople, very knowledgeable about what's to offer.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Stuart was so nice when I first called to ask about the vehicle. I went to purchase the vehicle and was given top of the line service. He came out in the ran to get me and my family out our car. He offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. He careful explained all paperwork to us. I will be sending many people to Stuart in the future

Ben Mynatt is an excellent dealership. My experience was very positive from the first time I called about a car I had seen online until I signed the papers for a new Acadia. The entire well trained staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. They make buying a car a pleasure instead of a nightmare.
Tony Stewart is an excellent salesman. Very courteous and helpful with the purchase of my vehicle. He told me what could be done to my satisfaction, and made it happen. Every sales person was courteous and showed concern for my comfort while at the business. This business is not like a lot of other places that I have visited in my lifetime. There was no pressure, no directing me away from what I wanted, not a long and drawn out process. Truly customer oriented and they helped me achieve my goal of purchasing the vehicle of my choice. Seth met me in the parking lot. I had hit a deer and totaled my car, so I was in a "situation". I explained my financing, credit, and payment options. We looked at a used car, and I even test drove it. When I returned to the dealership, I was told I couldn't get approved for a used car, but could get approved for a 2018. I was shocked! Needless to say, I came out with a better deal than I had planned. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and not pushy at all. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience!
