I transferred from Hall's Chevrolet Prosser to C. Speck Motors Sunnyside and it was the best decision ever. S. Specks is ALWAYS friendly, the shop and showroom (waiting room) are always clean, the staff are great and if you need to go somewhere while your vehicle is being worked on they will take you and pick you up, I always feel good when I leave and feel I've gotten the best service and affordable prices. I will continue to make C. Speck's my go to for servicing my Equinox.
I went to a dealership in my hometown and they didn't want to help me because my credit wasn't exactly perfect. C Speck went above and beyond. I felt like I was the only customer in the dealership, they worked hard finding me a car that I wanted, not what they wanted to sell. They worked with all the different options I had to get my deal financed, and at the price I was willing to pay. I usually dread going to a car dealership. I think the sales people are normally pushy , and will tell me anything in order to sell a car. NOT THIS TIME!! We arrived at the dealership 20 minutes after it closed, and we did not expect anyone to be there. However, RJ and Joseph were just finishing with a customer, and they chose to take the time to help us. Long after closing time, we finished purchasing my son's car, and we were on our way home. My vehicle was service on a recall. They took the time they said ithey needed to repair the problems. The only suggestion I want to make, is that they should say that the coolant system may run low after riding it for awhile. That’s exactly what happened to me. I drove the vehicle for about 80 miles and the light went on showing low coolant. I was surprised and wasn’t sure what was going on. A person can also get frustrated since it was just serviced. I went ahead and added more antifreeze coolant and the problem went away.
