Handy Toyota Inc review
Buying a new vehicle can feel like walking into a room where everyone knows the rules except you. Handy Toyota was an unknown among the dealerships we had considered—some nearby, others far enough away to make us question whether the drive would be worthwhile. We arrived carrying the usual mixture of anticipation and caution, hoping for the right truck but watching for pressure, hidden turns, or the moment when the experience might become more about the sale than the customer. Jamie, the sales manager, listened when I asked him to recommend a good salesperson and introduced us to Jessie Turner. Jessie was knowledgeable and personable, although initially a little hard to read—which left me wondering how the experience would unfold. Then he bought me a Coke, listened closely to how I described the vehicle I wanted, and led us to a 2026 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4x4 that met the expectations I had brought through the door. He did not try to steer us toward something we had not asked for. He simply paid attention. The next surprise came when we sat down with Samantha in finance. She was phenomenal. Every figure was handled meticulously, every detail explained thoroughly, and every question given room to breathe. There was no tightening pressure across the desk, no games with the numbers, and no sense that we were being hurried toward a signature. What is often the most intimidating part of purchasing a vehicle became one of the most reassuring. Before we left, we were given the names of the people who oversee servicing our Tacoma. The essential features were carefully demonstrated, and we were offered additional help without being overwhelmed by information we were not ready to absorb. Even as the hour grew late, Jessie, Jamie, and Samantha stayed to make certain the deal was completed properly and that we drove away satisfied—not merely processed. Yes, Handy Toyota made a sale that evening. But something more important happened. Fear gave way to relief, doubt was answered by consistency, and an unfamiliar dealership became the beginning of what we hope will be a lasting relationship. They did not simply hand us the keys to a new Tacoma. They cleared a path for trust. A path everyone desires to walk.
2020 Honda Fit review
Love my Honda Fit. The back seats have 4 positions for different needs. Front is comfortable, all gadgets easy to use, love my big screen stereo, and many other features. The back hatch I have the shield which hides belongings while shopping (sold separately)

2015 Nissan Versa Note review
I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

Working with the team at Handy Toyota in xx Albans was a dream; unlike any vehicle purchase ever before. First, super kudos to Ryan Duclos for his honest, thorough, and kind manner shepherding us through a process that can be stressful. Second was Samantha who went over the finances (could have been even more stressful); she was kind and joyful as she took us through the numbers and options (no high-pressure sales here). Third, a team effort was evident; at one moment, we had five employees standing with us to answer our questions; we really appreciated their time.

I had a great experience working with Jesse T. and Adam B. while looking for a new vehicle. They were both incredibly helpful, communicative, and genuinely took the time to work with me to find a car that was the right fit. They were patient, never pressured me, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. As a mom, I really appreciated that they didn’t mind me having my kids with me throughout the process. They were kind, welcoming, and understanding, which made the experience that much better. I’m so grateful for how easy they made everything and would absolutely recommend Jesse and Adam to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!
2019 Toyota Prius review
A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

2022 Toyota Corolla review
Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

2016 Subaru Impreza review
I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Matt Artus is the absolute best to work with. Excellent communicator, straight shooter and stand up gentleman. He listened to and knew my needs and we got it done same day. I appreciate how hard he works to not just "sell you a car" but how he gets it.. he put so much effort into the whole process, and answering all the thousands of questions before and afterwards too. Really a great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
2021 Mazda Mazda3 review
Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

2017 BMW 330 Gran Turismo review
I leased my first 328i GTin 2014. My son was in an accident and the car saved his life. I replaced it with a 2015 GT. When that lease was up, I leased my 2017 330iGT. (All were new vehicles) And then, I bought it. The interior is larger than any other 3 series, with the same amount of back leg room as is in the 7 series. The interior materials are all of the finest quality, highly comfortable, easy to clean and looks amazing. I thought I would be losing power with the 4 cylinder engine, but this engine packs as much punch as an in-line 6. I opted to NOT get the tech package with the heads up display this time because I have to wear polarized sunglasses and you cannot see the display if wearing them. The BMW Navigation system leaves much to be desired. It is so unreliable that we choose to use our phones instead and utilize the nav mostly for the updated traffic information which is fantastic. The trunk space is one of my favorite features. We were able to move my daughter's entire apartment in that car! Table, desk, futon, bed, dresser, bookshelves as well as a frame for a full/twin bunk bed. Oh, and TV, computers...you know...all that extra stuff. I admit, her clothes went on a roof carrier. This car is safe, efficient, extremely roomy, powerful and looks like a million bucks driving down the road. I'm just really sad they stopped making them.

Josh from Berlin City Kia was amazing at finding exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. He was very informative, concise, and quick. There is nothing worse when car hunting to sit at a dealership for 3-6 hrs only to find it’s not going to work for you. He made sure we were comfortable, attended to and seems to be a very warm and friendly family man. I’ve dealt with salespeople who after you sign on that dotted line thy disappeared leaving you with questions on your new vehicle. He made sure we knew what we were getting.

Mike Edwards is fantastic, I had more hiccups than I would've liked with getting the car initially serviced and cleaned before being able to drive it off the lot, such as the amount of time it took to clean the interior and it wasnt even finished when I received the car and being juggled around with when we could come in and sign for the purchase. That being said Mike was there everyday going above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening with my new vehicle, and going out of his way to make sure that I drove off the lot happy with my purchase.

Extremely helpful and friendly. Helped find a lender when our primary couldn’t approve our application. Let us take the vehicle to our mechanic before we committed to the deal.
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

The wife found the Mitsubishi Outback she wanted, we headed to Della's. I walked in with my game face one and ready. We got to the trade and write up... they xxxxxx me off.. they too the game out of the equation. They gave a very fair trade value and the numbers great. I couldn't say anything.. I was dumbfounded..lol this was the best car buying experience ever had. Shoot i sold cars and I was pleasantly surprised.. shot out to the GM and my salesman..

It’s a sport car! Can get a honda or toyota with the same price but basic features. Totally worth the value. This is good for personal and family use.

2015 Mazda Mazda3 review
Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

2020 Honda Civic review
I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

I bought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in June od 2026. The car had higher mileage than I wanted but the price was good and the car was in great shape. In October of the same year I found i needed new brakes, ouch. My sales man Mike Carter said he'd go to bat for me. I made no appointment just brought it up too I might add. Mike told me that there was no bill, said his boss didn't hesitate at all about the cost. I was so relieved. Thank you Mike and thank you to the great team that helped me get my car in and new brakes put on with no bill and no appointment in a few hours. You will always have my business. Diana Aintrazi

Had been checking out the new Mitsubishi Outlander sport for a while. Finally stopped in to get an appraisal for my Nissan Rogue. Within the hour they got back to me with my trade value. Highest 1 yet. Ended up purchasing a new Outlander sport. Very happy with the vehicle. Except for a few glitches. The deal went smoothly.
2022 Mitsubishi Mirage review
WOW.. JUS LOOK AT MY RATINGS.... I OWN A 2017. SAPPHIRE BLUE SE. . EXCELLENT CONDITION. AUTO.. 1.2 3CYL 80HP. THE COLOR REALLY MAKES THE CAR FOR ME.. I GET 38 -48 MPG... CITY IS 28.. THE LITTLE 1.2 DOHC ENGINE IS STRONG BUT MITUSBISHI SHOULD HAVE PUT A STANDARD TURBO ON THIS ENGINE,, THATS WHY MITSUBISHI MADE THE 3A92 MIVEC ENGINE.. HIGHLY DURABLE & STRONG .. NO PROBLEM ON THE HIGHWAY OR THE TAKE OFF FROM A STREET LIGHT. THE TRANSMISSION IS ALSO GOOD.. CVT.. NEVER CRAZY ABOUT CVT ... BUT THIS TRANSMISSION IS OK.. CAR HANDLES IN SNOW.. RAIN,, RUNS WELL.. PERFORMANCE IS THE BEST OF THE SUB COMPACT CARS AND EVEN LARGER 4 D SEDANS,, THE MIRAGE IS ROOMY INSIDE ALSO. IVE HAD 6 FOOT 4 FREINDS IN THE CAR . THEY WERE SHOCKED .. LOL... IVE BEEN OFFERED BY KIA. TO TRADE MINE IN TO THEM.. .. BUT I REALLY LIKE THIS LITTLE CAR.. "" NEBULA"" IS HER NAME. 100K MILE POWERTRAIN WARRANTY.. IVE HIT THE 100K MARK.. JUS HAD A TUNE UP AND NEW TIRES.ITS BEEN PAID OFF SINCE 22..SO IM STUCK RIGHT NOW .. IN WINTER. I JUS WISH THE MIRAGE CAME WITH A STOCK TURBO,, IT WOULD REALLY BE FUN.. IDK IF I WANT A NEWER CAR .. NEW PAYMENTS.. .THE MIRAGE IS SOLID.. I THINK SHE CAN MAKE IT TO 200K, PLUS .. ...MIVEC CLASS ENGINE.. 7 AIR BAGS. ROCKFORD FOSGATE STEREO SYSTEM.HANDLING IS GOOD ALSO.. THE SPORTAUTO TRANS IN 2ND. D2. IS AVAILABLE AND USEFUL.. ACCELERATION IS GOOD.. WHEN NEEDED.. YOU'LL BE SURPRISED.. .VERY SURPRISED.. THATS WHY I STILL HAVE IT.. DO SOME REASERCH ON SOME OF MY COMMENTS .. BUT REMEMBER THE SPECS ONLINE ARE MOSTLY DOWN GRADED .. SUCH AS PERFORMANCE.. TOP SPEED HP,, O - 60 TIMES.. ETC... ID SAY FROM EXPERIENCE.. THE MIRAGE IS FASTER AND HAS MORE HP THAN MOSTLY ALL THE REVIEWS IVE READ.. ONLY 1 AGREED WITH MY STATS & SPECS,,. I LAUGH AT THE 1 YOU TUBE GUY WHO SAYS THE MIRAGE IS TOTAL.. CRAP.. I LAUGH AT HIM.. ALSO YOU STAND OUT IN THE MIRAGE.. IN THIS SUV .. 4DR SEDAN WORLD.. WELL.. AS YOU CAN SEE ID RECOMMEND THE MIRAGE.. 100%..

I love my Mitsubishi outlander sport! It’s smooth driving good on gas! The sales men were very good at helping me find the right and affordable vehicle for me!
2020 Toyota Prius review
The seats are comfortable. It is a very reliable car. I had a 2012 and I got this one during the pandemic - before everyone went crazy overpaying! I was surprised and happy to discover that mine has a heated steering wheel - there was only 1 available that had 2400 miles (it was used as a loaner). The 1 complaint I have is that it is VERY noisy and you hear the traffic (I drive on a major tollway a lot). I am seriously thinking of getting another car because of this. Apple play is glitchy, but would not do without it. So overall I would recommend it.

I recently purchased a 2025 Outlander from Della Mitsubishi. The salesman was Michael Carter. He was very professional and personable and did everything he needed to do to make it as easy as possible for my wife and I to drive the car home the day we bought it. We were very satisfied with the experience.
2025 Subaru Impreza review
I bought a 2025 Impreza Base model. This is my first Subaru, and I have to say, for a base trim package, it is A LOT of car! The dual touch screens take some getting used to, but they're easy to learn and navigate. The eyesight system is a pretty cool safety feature and helps keep me focused if I get distracted. The AWD is really smooth when accelerating, and the CVT feels similar to an automatic. I wasn't expecting to like a CVT but I feel like Subaru is doing them right. We'll see where this thing is at in a few years, but so far it feel pretty nice. This thing has plenty of juice when getting up to speed. The steering controlled headlights are a cool feature I didn't know I needed. Overall, this is a very nice vehicle at a great price. It's a perfect daily driver and then some.
