Walt Massey Kia review
We bought my daughter her first car from here and we were more than pleased with the service! We were especially pleased with Brandon, our salesman. He made everything so easy and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in our purchase. If there was anything we had a concern about, he made sure that it was taken care of as quickly as possible. The purchasing part was quick and easy as well. We wanted to surprise our daughter at her pep rally and we were on a timeline to have it ready to go by 1:50pm that day. Brandon personally went to the service manager and had our process expedited. We made it on time for the pep rally suppose and I would 100% recommend Brandon and Walt Massey KIA to anyone!

2025 Honda Civic Hybrid review
Great experience from beginning to the end. My salesperson Yass listened carefully to what I was looking for, showed me several options within my price range, and answered all my questions about the features and financing. They also kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was ready for a smooth pickup. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end!

VERY comfortable car, especially if you like being able to park easily, yet have headroom and not need a crane to lower yourself into your seat. The seats literally hug you. Perfect fit for me, and the dealership was great, no hassle.

Jackie Gallagher was a very informative and helpful salesperson with the purchase of my new Telluride.
2015 Chevrolet Spark review
I've only had the car for a week, but gets great gas mileage. If you can believe the mileage on the dash I'm getting 38.8 mpg. It isn't a speed demon but has good pickup for a 4 cyl car. I do notice hesitation when shifting into drive but it I attribute that to lack of power. It does fine getting me where I need to go.

2018 Honda Civic review
I love my 2018 Civic Ex Hatchback, the only picky thing I dislike is the cheaper interior, ie. rattles, cheap plastic. But other than that this car is amazing, very good performance, fast, fun, drives great, very very reliable. Cheap repairs if needed, and not complicated to do them yourself and save even more money.

2012 Honda Fit review
I love the car. Bought it new. 104K miles. Super reliable. Only downside is a/c can be troublesome and mileage is subpar for being so small. I only get 23/23 mpg in normal commuting. Very fun to drive. Tons of space. Very nimble.

Drove to Brookhaven from Houma, LA to get great experience dealing with Mike and his staff. So professional and friendly. Everyone there makes you feel like family. We bought our granddaughter her first car from there also and it has been great. Thank you Mike and Pat for a fun day.

Best experience we have had at a dealership. Raashaun was over the top. Great customer service, looked out for us, communicated every step of the way. Finance guy was great, and their Sales Manager Shane called and asked if we needed anything several days after the deal. Definitely coming back, definitely referring!

Car was as represented. Sales staff were friendly and on point. No up selling pressure. Bentley brand was well presented . Senior management was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend doing business with them.
2020 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 63 review
We purchased the car with 14K miles on it and we're loving it! The performance is out of this world and we're constantly getting compliments on the exterior of the car. We've had a couple of minor warranty issues, hence, my 4 vs. 5 stars for "Reliability." We flew down to LA and drove the car back to Northern CA and the comfort level was great...and although we tested the power and speed, we made it back without a ticket! We would buy this car again in a heartbeat!
