I was looking for a small vehicle that was good on fuel, dependable and easy on my finances. The VW Golf fit the bill. The Golf is not just economical but it is really fun to drive. In a nutshell I now know what the German?s meant by ?Fahrvergnugen.?

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

Excellent group of guys had me in and out in less than an hr. Highly recommend. Bought a 2016 Camry with only 20,000 miles! They worked with my own bank and was super easy.

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

wish the seats were of different colors or a better felling cloth ,the seats are scratchy and the seats are padded well so nice confortable seats the cloth is just not sporty ,or easy to sit on because of scratchy feel on skin ,but the car is easy to drive and for a small car it don't fell like a small car ,.just wish the dealership had keapt all there promise's and not messed me over

Chris was great! We found what we wanted on line and had to drive an hour to get there. I bought my 2018 Kia forte Lx aurora black pearl 63k miles automatic transmission fully loaded. Absolutely gorgeous car inside and out! All xx Aside I absolutely love driving this car! It does everything I ask it to do and it's truly a joy to drive! I can't say enough about the features of the infotainment system and the beautiful interior! All of the safety systems make me feel amazing! I use a car cover on it when it's not being driven and I use the steering wheel club on the wheel when the car's not being driven. I Absolutely Love My KIA!!!!

I purchased my car used. It was a trade-in to a Toyota dealer in San Antonio, Texas. It started off as a rental in Florida and I am the 3rd individual to own it. It has been an overall good car. But, the AC control knob that controls the fan speed has gotten stuck om low. I can still control the temp, but on cold mornings, it takes forever to defrost the windows, and om hot days, forever to cool the car. Also, there are times the screen that shows the back-up camera doesn't work. There are big-time blind spots with this car, so the camera is necessary. When the screen goes out, so does the radio. I am unable to turn it on, no volume, or changing stations. It's as if there is no radio at all. I thought at first I may need a new control knob, but now I am thinking there may be a wiring problem... such as a disconnect exfed or burned wire. I don't think it's a fuse. If so, it wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?

I have the 5 speed manual and am extremely happy with it. Super reliable never a single problem with it. If I had to nit-pick I'd say road noise maybe not the greatest above 65 mph. Great gas mileage. Seems to be built like a tank. Highly recommended....

The car I wanted sold 15 minutes before I got there. However this dealership went above and beyond. They had two other similar cars pulled out and waiting for me when I arrived. They also called me when another couple started to look at the car I had made an appointment to test drive, giving me the opportunity to save myself the drive. The staff was very helpful and professional. If they hadn't sold the one I wanted, I would have enjoyed giving them my business. Everything was clean. Staff was very knowledgeable.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

For the price, I couldn't have made a better choice. This car has ventilated and heated seats, and all the bells and whistles available at that time. Had I purchased one of its competitors, I would have paid much more for what this car has. It has been a reliable vehicle as I have had all regular maintenance completed. I have only had to replace tires, battery, and take in for one or two recalls over the years. I'm passing it on to my graduate that's how safe I believe he will be.

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

This humble people box has the hottest battery not in a TESLA, with excellent energy density and cycle life. I have a 75 mile one-way daily commute, which it is accomplishing EVen with snow tires on, though only defrost, seat and steering wheel heating.

Quite possible one of the best driving cars i've ridden in. Sleek design, decent ft/lbs of torque, especially in the turbo model. The shifts are incredibly smooth, and have had 0 issues with anything since owning the car. Bought it used, with 70k miles on it, and it still runs incredibly smoothly
