When my jeep patriot was found to have a cracked frame, it did not pass inspection. I checked around for a reliable new used car I discovered Paya’s Auto and found they had had a 2021 renegade available. It was a salvage vehicle that was totally intact except for a the need to replace the wiring due to flood damage. The price was right and I received a one-year warranty on the wiring. I have had this car for half a year and am very pleased with all aspects of the car, just I as was with the helpful and friendly sales experience last summer. I love this place & I'm very happy with my vehicle, BUT... my only complaint is the service center chargers outrageous prices! Seriously, OUTRAGEOUS!! I made the mistake of purchasing my brake pads and rotors here, instead of going to a my local mechanic shop and I practically paid double! What would have cost me about $600 INCLUDING parts & labor at Busheys Auto, cost me $952 here!!! YES, $952 & that's including the FREE inspection and I didn't even need tires like I thought I was going to and I STILL walked out paying almost $1,000!! As a single mother of two, that literally killed me financially. However, I didn't feel as if I really had a choice because my rear brakes were already down to the metal; my fault, I know, but I didn't want to leave and wait to get in somewhere else. LESSON LEARNED!! I won't use the service center for out-of-pocket expenses. It's been two days and I'm still just sick over that amount I had to pay! Anyway, aside from the cost the people are very friendly and I would recommend getting a vehicle here, I just don't recommend purchasing anything through the service center unless, of course it's covered under warranty or a free service. 😉

A straight forward economy car to save money but it is very comfortable and fun to drive because it's so light. The gas savings at almost 50mpg are amazing.

Great car. I drive about 30 miles a day round trip. Great in city and on the freeway. Stylish great features. Comfortable ride even as a bigger dude.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Car is surprisingly compliant, I’ve had a few big Audis and vws with low profile tires and this car is really comfortable in comfort mode, took it immediately to a private event at Palmer a few weeks back and the car in stock form did fabulously, definitely lives up to the hype.... and then some. Only downside so far is the lack of options for tires since this car has odd-sized tires, non oem wheels are out of the question, the car has zero torque steer, aftermarket wheels would make all the magic go away. Also, 30mpg is a big plus. I traded my 2011 Range Rover sport for this and honestly the Honda rides better. Leaving the car stock will be the main goal, the car to my eyes is absolutely perfect and livable for daily duties. One thing I’ve noticed lately is that the car has not stopped from appreciating. Future classic is an understatement.

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time
