They were very professional but able to put you at ease as soon as you walked through their doors. There was no pressure and they wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Tasia was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Two hours from the minute I walked in to I drove off in my new car is beyond exceptional and I have never had such fast service. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

East Coast Honda review
I've always been skeptical of car salesmen but my experiences at East Coast Honda have been different. This was my third purchase there and it was a new salesman, from my first two, and this was no exception. Mark Filleman diligently worked and found what I was looking for. He handled the transaction seamlessly with no high pressure and made the entire experience pleasant and easy. The whole dealership is really first class.

I went and purchased a new 2027 Honda CR-V Hybrid. Want to give a huge shoutout to Benjamin Rodriguez and his crew for the quick and excellent service. Went straight into business and got deal done quickly. They were all professional and polite. I can’t express how great the staff is there at this location. If you’re looking for a vehicle, this is the place to go. Once again thank you guys!

We purchased a 2025 Expedition Max Platinum from Impex, great people, great service, fast and easy. We worked with Kelvin who was very nice and very knowledgeable.
2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I've bought 2 new cars in 2 yrs from Lumberton Kia. We used the same salesman because he is amazing. All personnel was friendly and helpful. Every detail of the sale was explained in a way I understood. Every question I had was answered promptly. I was treated like family here. When I go in for servicing the know my name and offer free shuttle service. The waiting area feels like I'm at home. Great coffee awaits everyone too. No better place to buy a car from!
