I want to Thank everyone at NCAC for their help and assistance in making my 1st ever vehicle purchase (@ age 44!!!) amazing and painless. One particular individual named Arion (hope I spelled it right) was extremely helpful and courteous answering all our questions and always asking if we wanted water or needed anything (it was hot out today). I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

First of all, we loved my experience with Mr. Joe Billones. The genuine and polite way he talks and communicates makes us feel very comfortable during the process. He is that kind of sales consultant that we would ever want to work with. We did a test drive with Joe, he was very funny and patient. He listens to us, knows what we want and doesn't make us feel pushy at all. The second day we went to another Lexus dealer for another test drive and we didn't enjoy the experience there at all, so we texted Joe back. He was very genuine and caring. He made the purchasing process easy and fast. Our experience with him was very pleasant and comfortable. Would 100% recommend Joe and Lexus to my friends. Plus, I love my IS 300 F Sport. Feels like it's the perfect car and brand to me.

When I first got this car, it was amazing and it was very smooth while driving. I got the touring version which has the Bose 12 speakers. This car drives like a SUV, which is comfortable and nice on the road and the highway and it is also very quiet not that much road noise. I would highly recommend this car! this car will never disappoint you, it will give you the satisfaction a regular high-end SUV would.

My daughter's service advisor Ricardo was great. He kept us informed throughout the process of getting maintenance and repairs done in a timely fashion. Parts came in next day and she was happy with their work. Highly recommended Ric and the crew at DCH Honda!

Bryan was a great service advisor who kept me informed and was very easy to reach while I was dealing with an unforeseen car issue. He provided multiple updates and solutions throughout the process that made me feel taken care of.

I don’t often write reviews …but felt that my recent experience at Hoehn Honda in Carlsbad deserved a shout out. Service Advisor, Jim Malandra, took a frustrating issue with my blue tooth phone connection and went above and beyond researching a solution and orchestrating the fix.  He also followed up several days later to ensure the issue was resolved and I was completely satisfied.  Jim’s attention to detail and amazing follow-up are a rare thing these days.  Honda is very fortunate to have such a professional yet caring and personable employee.

John was extremely helpful. He will take care of you. Went in for 7 year or 100k maintenence . Wound recommend. Smooth service.minimal disruption to my routine

My experience was good. However, I do believe I still have a problem. I spoke with John about it. He asked me to make a video of my gages to see what the RPM is when I feel the surge. That's going to be a little difficult to do when I'm driving.

I always get great service at Honda, they are always fast and reliable. My service advisor Moose is the best! He always takes care of me when I schedule any service on my car, and makes sure I’m getting the best price! He also always keeps me updated on any changes or recommended repairs and ensures I’m back on the road driving in no time. Excellent service!
