First point of contact was with Ron Smith in service department. He explained the steps to repair my Ridgeline. He coordinated the repair with the extended warranty provider, the repairs were made, payment processed, and my Ridgeline was back on the road The

Thomas was great.I would recommend him. Nothing much else to say. In and out in good time. Only issue is how much you have to write for the review.

I was in the market for a new car. I am also not well informed on cars. I went in expecting to be up sold on something that I didn’t need. Shawn Heu helped me and made sure to answer all my questions. He explained everything and made sure I fully understood. He also was very patient with me. I never felt any pressure to buy and he gave me enough time to make the best decision for myself. I was comfortable and feel like I made the best decision for myself. I would highly recommend Shawn.
