Buerkle Hyundai review
We recently purchased a vehicle from Berkley Hyundai, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Lulu was absolutely amazing. She was genuine, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. Her authenticity and willingness to answer our questions honestly were a big reason we decided to purchase our vehicle. She made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Jacob in Finance was equally impressive. He made what can sometimes be a stressful part of buying a vehicle feel effortless. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly, making the paperwork process smooth and easy. I highly recommend the combination of Lulu and Jacob. Together they created one of the best vehicle-buying experiences we've had. The only thing that would have made the experience even better was the slow internet connection on Lulu's computer, which caused a few delays. Other than that, the experience was outstanding, and we are very happy with our purchase.

Inver Grove Honda review
Matthew Everett reached out to me after I inquired online for a specific model of the Honda Civic Hybrid. We scheduled an appointment for later in the day. When we arrived, he had several models of the car we were interested ready for us to test drive and look over. From start to sale, Matthew was kind, funny, personable and also incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its features and sales promotions. We will be recommending him to our friends and family, and should we our our children need a new car, we'll be contacting him first. This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had.

Without a doubt, our car buying experience at Brookdale Honda was the best we've ever had. We had the pleasure of working with both Ben and Joe Hartzen, providing us with a level of service we will not soon forget. Not only was the process, start to finish, extremely efficient...they were fair, honest, and truly authentic! A gold standard in customer care. We're happy to report we are in love with our Honda CR-V. It's a wonderful thing, finding a trusted sales team, as well as a new go-to dealership. Thank you!

When dropping the car off, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Matt was extremely courteous and helpful. .He even arranged for an Uber which arrived within 5 minutes to take me home. The experience was the same at pickup! The repairs were done right and in a timely manner. Great experience!
