Dave Conway was excellent to deal with from the start. He handled the complete sales cycle from beginning to end hassle-free. I would recommend him to anybody. Dave is an asset to Matt Burnie Honda. I would definitely buy another car from Dave.

Guy's experience and knowledge helped my daughter find and lease a great CR-V. Guy went above and beyond especially during the time constraints of the holiday and respecting our need to get back to work. He found and led her to exactly what she needed and wanted. She walked in the dealership only to "look". She walked out with the perfect car and the biggest smile and she couldn't stop thanking me. This was a professional and great customer service experience. Highly recommend this dealership and working with Guy. Our finance experience with Sean was equally as professional, satisfying and he was very respectful. Thank you to all those who made this happen.

I am from out of town and a "low tire pressure" alert showed on my 2019 Honda Civic! I drove up to the service area and asked if someone could check it out. They checked it out and the "alert" went away, and I can drive back to Ohio! What a great bunch of folks who work in the service department. They couldn't be nicer or more helpful! Thank you. (I tried to get help from MotorWorld in the Wilkes-Barre area and they couldn't fit me in, nor did they call me back). Matt Burne Honda service all the way!!!!!

Only thing I'd flag is the wait for the finance office, about half an hour past my appointment time, and I'd taken PTO for it. Once I was in there it moved quick and nobody tried to bolt extras onto the back end. Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram did right by me on the trade too, more than the online quote I'd been waving around.

The receptionist (Marisol? something like that) got me a coffee while I was waiting even though I hadn't asked. Coffee itself wasn't much, but the gesture stuck with me. Left with a Compass and a decent rate 🤝

Honestly I'd already decided I was buying elsewhere. Came to this lot only because the color I wanted showed up in their inventory feed at like 11pm. Drove up the next morning half expecting the usual bait and switch. It was there, it was the right trim, and the out the door number they emailed me before I left the house was the number on the contract. I've bought five cars in my life and that's never once happened.

Sussex Honda review
I was in need of a new vehicle after an accident. Having previously purchased two cars from Sussex Honda, I naturally headed there for a third. Gary greeted me with a smile and we chatted for a while. He showed concern about me, the accident, and my current needs and preferences. He accompanied me on a test drive in a new CR-V hybrid which I ultimately purchased. Gary was knowledgable, personable, patient in his explanations, and encouraged me to stop in for any questions that I might have. I am very pleased with my overall experience including the short amount of time it took to complete the financial process with Chris.
