I am impressed with personalized response of sales team. I am looking for a particular used car and have not yet found the right one. I can only speak for the initial follow up response which is prompt and courteous. The only negative is the unnecessary sales emails that have nothing to do with my search. I also could not rate 4 of 5 areas due to above mentioned reasons, but a 5 star to date
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
Juanita was great!!! She was very personable and extremely sweet. The process was very smooth and fast! I’ve already referred three of my friends. I drove from Santa Monica to Santa Ana, and I would do it again!!!! Thank you Juanita!!! I love my Dodge Journey!!!!
The buying process was relatively easy with the no-haggle method. While I was hoping to get a little discount, the quality of the pre-owned cars they sell seem to be outstanding (time will tell) since the cars looked like they came out of the showroom. One of the reasons I didn't give them 5 stars is they should have at least dusted the car I bought (it was black so you can see the dust rather easily) and made some little effort gluing the plastic on the front grill where there was a really slight crack that's hardly noticeable. They could have also showed/highlighted the features of the car. Their sales staff are vey knowledgeable of the cars, though. I wasn't really looking to buy an Acura ILX but after the test drive, I think it is a good value for the price Auto Republic was selling it. Thanks.
I had a hard time finding a nice car in my price range but a friend told me about this dealer and the great deal they got. The first thing I noticed when I went there was a relaxed atmosphere, no sales people running up to me when arrived just the owner asking if I had any questions please let him know, no pressure at all! I found a nice little Toyota Corola that I love and will tell all my friends to come here first if they needed a car.
Rick in the service center in costa mesa once again, always giving excellent service, making sure my car is properly fixed and all my concerns are addressed!Every detail is attended to and keeping me informed of what is happening!!!

ONLY PROBLEM, DOING THE PAPERWORK TOOK TOO LONG, I PRESUME BECAUSE QUITE A FEW CARS WERE SOLD THAT DAY
