Curry Honda in Chicopee & Andrew Bassett are the best! As well as the rest of their staff at the location. Whether i am coming in for a service with Joe and anyone of the other guys or seeing Andy for a sale, I am always greeted by smiles and great customer service. Being able to be friends- even family, with the people who take care of your car is such a great privilege. My family and I have been buying cars from this location and Andy since I was a kid! Everytime, we are treated the best and even as though we are family. Yesterday, I traded in my car and bought my first car under my name as a 24 year old graduating with my masters. Nervous about the experience and how it might go I reminded myself that I would be in the best hands with Andy as he always takes the best care of my family and I. If anything he empowered me to speak up and be honest. Never made me feel intimidated by the process for a second. I've had two excellent experiences with Shockley Honda when buying a car from them. The first was a little over a year ago and the second experience was last week. I found an excellent 2018 CR-V at a very reasonable price, but had a disabled trade-in over 65 miles away. Shockley not only gave me a fair amount for the trade-in, but also arranged to both deliver my "new" vehicle and pick up the "old" vehicle, saving me quite the effort to arrange things otherwise. My sales guy was Chris Collinson and handled everything from start to finish. There was no high-pressure sales or hidden add-ons.
