Stockton HondaReviews
Stockton Honda review
I recently purchased my first EV car from Stockton Honda, and the experience was fantastic! The team was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even working seamlessly with a third-party company that provided help with down payment for first time EV buyers. Despite a power outage, they managed to complete all the paperwork efficiently. Their dedication and customer service truly made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Stockton Honda for anyone looking to buy a car!

Niello BMW Elk GroveReviews
Niello BMW Elk Grove review
I bought a 2009 750i from Niello in Jun 2015. The sale was as smooth and quick, thanks to expert salesman Paul Chamorro and the Finance officer, Po San. After the sale, some things came up that needed attention -- a vibration, a headlight problems, a couple other things that were on the due bill, and a couple of things I asked them to investigate. Ryan Meeker, my service rep took very good care of me and worked with the service dept. to bring the car into excellent condition, with minimum expense to me. It could have been quite expensive, but Niello took responsibility for insuring I was happy with my "new" used car -- quite a deal for me! I couldn't be happier with the attention I've received from Niello. My thanks to everyone.

Today, I came in with a flat tire thinking I had tire coverage, only to find out there was a bit of a “red flag on the play!” Thankfully, my service advisor, Jerry Cash, was incredibly helpful, understanding, and professional throughout the entire situation. Even after spending about two hours there, I still drove away happy and satisfied with the service I received. If you’re coming here for service, I highly recommend asking for Jerry Cash. He truly went above and beyond to help me out—and yes, Jerry Cash saved me cash! These days, every penny saved is truly a blessing. Thank you, Jerry, for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one!

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.
