Coming back to this dealership was totally different experience this time. In the past I experienced alot of anxiety. I felt they took advantage of me, being a older woman, and they did! I wasn't able to sleep feeling they where going to do and say anything to close the sale. I would get sick to my stomach just going into finance. They would high pressure me to buy things I never used, which made my lease note higher and leaving praying I didn't lose the car because of such a high note. Robert and Frank were so great! This time... I left feeling happy and stress free, and with the car I really wanted and could afford, instead of a car they wanted me to have and did whatever it took to make the sale. The Management team is wonderful! I'm so happy they weeded out the bad. I would recommend that a woman could go to Ziegler Honda and not worry about being taken advantage of. My experience wasn't painful at all.Frank Quijada was my salesperson and when I asked questions he never paused or had to get up and go ask someone.He showed me several options.I did buy a suv from him and I couldnt be more happier with the choice I picked. Frank has a background as a mechanic so that was a plus because he knows about cars and maintenance but we all know Honda's have a reputation of lasting.im pleased at getting a suv but most of all having a salesperson who isn't stuck up helped a lot. Anyone looking for a vehicle go see Frank Q you wont be disappointed.
