No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

I spent a lot of time searching for a specific color, make, and model. From start to finish Chris Trombley and everyone else I dealt with at automax to push this deal through were great. There were never any surprises. Communication was excellent and the transaction was as easy as it could be for buying a car out of state.

I had to wait 3 hrs for them to replace battery. I thought that was unnecessarily a long time. But they were very informative. I am pleased with the service.

The process of buying a car at Team Nissan was very smooth. Most people hate this process and go into it with dread and anxiety. The salesperson, Peter, was extremely thorough with all information regarding each step of the process. As well, he was very knowledgeable about the cars and particularly the one that I was interested in purchasing. He was friendly and just made the entire process easy. You could tell that he enjoys his job. I felt comfortable with him right away. Nate, the Finance Manager, was very helpful as well. The paperwork can be daunting but with Nate it was almost fun because we were having some great conversation. He is a very pleasant man to deal with and he made this daunting process enjoyable. The paperwork part of buying this car was also much quicker than I expected. I believe it's because Nate knew what he was doing with no hiccups to slow down the process. To sum it up, I left Team Nissan very happy and would go back in a second to buy again. You can feel comfortable dealing with these folks.
