The remote interaction with the Dealership was non-existent. I submitted my interest in a vehicle, along with my email, twice. I never heard back, but it was less than 24 hours later when I showed up unannounced at the Dealership and ended up buying the car. I've had two excellent experiences with Shockley Honda when buying a car from them. The first was a little over a year ago and the second experience was last week. I found an excellent 2018 CR-V at a very reasonable price, but had a disabled trade-in over 65 miles away. Shockley not only gave me a fair amount for the trade-in, but also arranged to both deliver my "new" vehicle and pick up the "old" vehicle, saving me quite the effort to arrange things otherwise. My sales guy was Chris Collinson and handled everything from start to finish. There was no high-pressure sales or hidden add-ons. There was no pressure to use their financing when I told them I had my own. I appreciate the respectful way I was treated. It really seemed like I was his only customer that day when I knew I wasn't. Plus, it didn't stop there! Chris made the delivery from Frederick to Parkville himself and has followed up with me to make sure all is well and that I am happy with the car and his service. I highly recommend Shockley to anyone in the car market. You won't be disappointed! Be sure to ask for Chris!

Unfortunately a car accident forced me to recently go car shopping. Asheboro Honda was my first stop, I am so grateful I did not waste my time (and money) elsewhere. Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Welcomed warmly by a helpful but not “pushy” salesman. Very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, new and used. I went with the intent of looking for a nice used car but ended up buying a new one. First new car I had purchased since my very first car in 1972! Again I was not pushed towards a new car, the salesman was polite and extremely respectful… sensing my nervousness over buying new. I was never made to feel rushed to make a decision. The financial process was just as relaxed. Very polite young man, knew his job well and the procedure went smoothly and quickly. I have never owned a Honda and I feel sure I will never own anything else! Warranties are excellent selling point! I have had the car a couple months now and I love it even more than that first test drive. The “as needed” free car washes are a nice added benefit. I’m always met with a smile and a nice attitude… and they know I’m not there to buy! But if you are…. Stop at Asheboro Honda and ask for David Ford!

Best family car I’ve ever owned. The interior design feels really modern and comfortable, and I love all the dashboard features and technology. It has a sporty feel while still being smooth and roomy for the whole family. Definitely one of the most comfortable SUVs I’ve driven.
