Original car I was purchasing has a "surprise" issue which was not mentioned until after I paid for it and was awaiting delivery. In the end they made it right in every way and went above and beyond to do so. I am 100% satisfied with the ending to the story working with this dealership.

Perfect part time truck, car. Only thing bad is infotainment system. Using their phone calling is exasperation! Same with the navigation system. Good thing it has Apple play!

Bill listened intently to what I was looking for. The exact model was at a different dealer and he even went and picked it up and drove it back to Space Coast. This is me second sale to Carmax. The first sale went smoothly and everything they said was true! People who turn their car into the dealer are totally getting screwed. For example I turned in a 2020 c300 early this year. The payoff was $32k; I got $36k from Carmax. Unbelievable. However, companies like Mercedes allowed Carmax to pay off the lease. Now they require you to buy out the lease so you have to come up with the cash and then you have to wait until you get the title before you can go to Carmax. Sounds like a little anti trust behavior.
