Wow! Shockley Honda. As a craigslist only used car buyer for the past several years, I am amazed at the recent experience I had buying a used Mercury Mountaineer with Mike Long, sales rep. It doesn't seem the amount I paid was more that I am used to paying, and you took care of the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration AND MD State Inspection hassles for me! Mike was as friendly and courteous as he could be and even during the paperwork phase I recall laughing several times. I just had a great time buying a car from Shockley thanks to Mike. During my 1000 mile warranty period, I felt like Shockley gave me what I asked for at every step of the way. Jon Price the used car sales manager even supported me and approved a nit-picky repair I needed, and Dan Atias was friendly to me throughout that.and a needed battery change.
