Found our car online , James had it indoor for us to look at due to the rain . James was great to deal with and the finance department was quick. James even bought us lunch while we were waiting for the paperwork! This won?t be the last car we buy from Zimbrick

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

Really pleased with Zimbrick used honda dealer. Geoff was easy to speak with and knowledgeable. Explained the difference between AWD and 4WD, an explanation other sales men answered “Good Question”. Worth the 2 hour drive to Madison to check out this vehicle. Thank You Zimbrick!

The best car dealership in all my years of experience! The service is consistently EXCELLENT and the staff helpful and trustworthy! These days, it’s reassuring that someone “has your back!” I’ve dealt with the same personnel for 8 years now, the dealership must be doing something right to have so little staffing turnover…and I appreciate them all!

2026 Honda Odyssey review
We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

My family and extended family have purchased vehicles from Mark for the last 10 years. He has always been honest and gave us very good prices. Mark is a true gentleman to work with. Mark, thank you for always being honest with my family. I strongly encourage looking at his vehicles and talking with Mark. Kathy Gasper

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

My salesman Pedro was very nice to work with he was very considerate stayed late and made sure that my car was set up the way I wanted it. I would definitely deal with him again and tell my friends what a great experience I had.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

I stopped in for a quick oil change and tire rotation. This is not my norm but due to pace of life oh well. They under promised and over delivered. Great job!
2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

I took my son’s truck in for an oil change and a recall repair. Evan had done a good job up until the recall fix. I had to wait on parts even though this was scheduled two months earlier. I had no problem waiting a day. Then Evan called me and told me they would need another day. I told him that is unacceptable and that I would need a loaner vehicle. At that point Evan sent a driver to pick me up because I didn’t expect to be without a vehicle for that long. While picking up the loaner I stopped by Jhun who is another advisor I've worked with in the past. He said he would look into the matter for me and see if he could pull some strings to get it finished that day. So i took the loaner home and a few hours later, to my surprise Jhun said it was done. I appreciate Jhun for escalating the issue and getting my vehicle finished. At that point I felt like they cared about my business. Jhun made me feel heard and valued. I appreciate Jhun for stepping in and correcting the issue. All four of my vehicles are serviced there and will continue to be. Thank you Jhun and Evan.
2023 Honda Odyssey review
Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

My wife and I hav bought 5 vehicles from Gustman over the past several years (2 in the last year). This is a high quality dealership with amazing people (Alan in sales is the best!), competitive pricing, and no "car dealership nonsense" -- just honest, open, trustworthy people in sales and in service.
