Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

The whole experience was great - our sales representative, while young, was really knowledgeable about the car and extremely helpful. Berlin City had great stock, excellent atmosphere and welcoming people working there. Never felt pressured. Would buy from them again.

Jean Paul was great to work with! He sent lots of photos and a video to show us the car before driving to see it! He also had paperwork ready when we got there and waiting on us. It was a very smooth process and the car is wonderful!!!!

From the moment I walked in to the dealership, Jeff made me feel welcome and at ease. Having walked in the Porsche showroom (accidentally), I joked to Jeff that I'd love to be in the market for a Porsche, but that it was beyond my price range (I was looking for a used vehicle under $16,000!). He said it didn't matter to him what I was there to buy and he was delighted to help me. I couldn't be more impressed with his no-hassle, no-pressure, and friendly demeanor. After test-driving a couple of cars, I drove all over greater Portland and did a lot more car shopping at other area dealerships. After spending another two days test driving other cars (and dealerships/sales staff), I went back to Jeff at Morong knowing I was, without a doubt, in the best hands, getting the best customer service. (I wish I hadn't wasted my time at other dealerships, but am grateful to have confirmed my confidence in Morong.) I called Jeff as soon as I walked away from my final test drive at another dealer and asked if the car I wanted was still available. Thankfully it was. He speedily ran it thorough a final service check so that I could have it by COB on a Friday. Jordan was equally impressive when it came time to finalize the deal and documentation. It has been over a month since my purchase and I'm as delighted as the Friday I picked up my new (to me) Kia Sorento. Yep... a Kia from a high-end dealer. The car is in pristine condition, full leather, heated and cooled seats, luxury package. I recommend Morong highly and without reservation. Thanks to the entire dealership, and Jeff in particular. I'll be back when it's time. In the meantime, I recommend you to anyone I know who's in the market for a car.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I was always been interested in the Smart Car and I found it at CarMax, I got a good deal on it, I love it and I turn heads with it! Thank You!

Test drove others cars similar size but this Honda civic was the only one that made us feel comfortable with everything and when I say everything means everything No more wondering

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I had a great experience with Bill Dodge and their Sales team. They were friendly and easy to work with. I felt like I got a great deal on a quality used vehicle. I would definitely recommend them.

You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

My wife and I had been in research mode for a few weeks. We devoted an entire Friday to shop various local dealerships with the hopes of making a final decision. We rolled into Berlin City Nissan of Portland one half hour before they typically closed and Eric greeted us with a smile. We were not rushed, or made to feel that we were an inconvenience on a late Friday afternoon. We had a lot of questions. We also had a lot of requirements. The Berlin City crew was patient and detailed and we were able to reach an agreement pretty quickly. We feel confident we made the right decision with the right dealership.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. My family already bought two more cars from them. In the service department Mr. Kalef Torres my service advisor what a amazing guy he is the knowledge that he knows is beyond this world. I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

I came in to purchase and have 4 tires installed with an alignment and balancing. Dillon Ballweber was so good to me. He always is there to help me when I need to have something done on my HRV. It’s a pleasure to have his help. Great experience

This is my 3rd Ridgeline, a white/black edition. I am a commited Ridgline fan-boy. While not as robust as some larger "work" trucks, this is the perfect gentlemans truck Two biggest benefits are: reliability and superior gas mileage above all others in it's class

I had a wonderful experience working with Joe. We had some hiccups last time, due to me not asking questions I should have. This time around Joe made sure it was absolutely perfect for me. He knew exactly what I wanted and worked hard to get me a price that was in my budget. It took three appointments but he was more than happy to the time and get it done for me. Usually waiting to sign papers can be a process he told me 2 hours and it was 2 hours. I’m so happy with how everything worked out!

We've been buying V6 Accords for years now. This one is a totally different beast, unlike the previous V6, which were powerful, but "nervous", this car is so SMOOTH, elegantly gliding along, VERY MUCH LIKE AN EV. Yet when I need power — it delivers. The MPG is more than DOUBLE of what we've been used to. I tested a few hybrid sedans, and the Accord was the smoothest, you can't feel it switching from hybrid to Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), as some others do. Definitely a great buy!

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.
