I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. I really enjoy my Nissan Rogue Sport. In Dec 2021 I was Tboned and it was repaired, had over $12,000 damage. I’m interested in the recalls.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

OK, so I have owned 2 previous suburbans (2002 & 2013), so the 25 is an amazing upgrade to both of these! First of all, we do a lot of highway miles and the ride is simply amazing! It rides more like a luxury sedan than a truck. Since this is our primary vacation vehicle, we were careful to order 18 inch wheels, as they have a much smoother ride versus the larger ones. I also love all of the new cameras, which is a big help in tight situations. Also, the adaptive cruise control and lane assist make long road trips easier and safer as well. I also love the new exterior design features, particularly the front grill and the aerodynamic wings on either side of the rear window. I'm a bit surprised that those small design features have really updated and enhanced the look so much. The only real disappointment, so far, is the owners manual was really poorly done. Information is difficult to find, nonexistent and they even neglected to put in the required scheduled maintenance requirements (what were they thinking?). Overall, our first impressions on this vehicle have been superb and I would definitely recommend it to others who need a large family/vacation vehicle!

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

I purchased a new Chevy Colorado. The salesman was John Zvosecz. This was a great experience. There wasn't any high pressure. I took the truck for a test drive and that sold me. John showed me how all of the controls work. After I purchased the truck he took me to the gas station and filled the tank. That cost $75.00. Very Happy

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Researching ways of trading in my husbands 22 Colorado (owned) and my 22 traverse LT (leased) for two months. Went to my dealer who gave me a number I wasn’t happy with so I looked at Ken Ganley Kia and Serpentini Chevy. Both were terrible experiences. The original number my dealer gave me at the start of research was better than Kia so I called him to lock in that amount but it changed and basically matched what Kia tried to give me. Wahlburg called and asked if I’d want to come in that evening. The guys at Wahlburg in Avon were incredible. I told them what my vehicles were worth and not a dollar less and told them the number I wanted a month and nothing higher. I was anxious and frustrated assuming they’d say the same stuff the others did but that wasn’t the case. Kia ppl mansplained things to me a lot but at Wahlburg I received none of that. I didn’t feel pushed into anything, I was able to get the deal and the car I wanted. They definitely made out with our vehicles and will make a nice profit but I also feel I’ve been given a good deal. The other places were offering far less, not budging on price and wanted me to pay a ridiculous monthly. Over all I had a great experience with this dealership! I’ll continue to go through them as long as they keep up the great customer service.

Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

Really enjoy the CT4 purchased for the wife. Was looking for an entry level luxury car after driving mid size trucks for the past 20 years. Not to many bells and whistles to figure out the technology components are just basic and all I need for functionality. Could not be happier!

By far, the best vehicle purchasing experience we?ve ever had. Steven was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The exact vehicle we wanted was not on site, and he was able to get on the very next day. There was no hassles and no pressure to put us in a different vehicle than we wanted. I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

This is not the first car I bought from this dealer. No question, the service is excellent and if there is a need for a new car, choose this dealer. Special thanks to sales manager Matt. There is no task too difficult for him to take on.

it's still brand new for me but I did extensive research online, so I knew what I was getting when I went to the dealer. I know after only 350 miles, Ima love it. More later!
