The features of sxp trim model is an exceptional value for the price. The interior space for a 6’3” person like myself is very comfortable, both leg and head space. Drive is very smooth for a compact SUV. Front windshield design provides great visibility. Seats are comfortable and provide excellent support. Good acceleration for its class. It’s not designed to be a sports car. The vehicle style and the Vesta Blue color is eye catching. I’ve only owned the vehicle for a week, money well spent if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Just pick the right dealership from which to buy. Do your due diligence and enjoy the ride.

I had the best first new car buying experience at this dealership. I applied and got approved online. I texted my salesman, Cameron Stocking, and told him what kind of car I was interested in and the payment I was most comfortable with. He listened and delivered exactly what I wanted. The whole process was smooth and easy. Came in for a test drive and drove home an hour later a very happy dude!

The finance manager is wonderful, and works his butt off to get you approved with a payment that is manageable. I only take my vehicles to this dealership for service. 1st time at this dealership, went in for oil change tire rotation for my 2023 jeep and had my filter change and fluids check. They did excellent work amazing service. The customer sitting arear is clean and offer beverages to there customers. The Service Rep Khadijah is a very polite and informative young lady who kept me abrupt. My first p/u truck. My first hybrid. My first CVT transmission. Outstanding mileage (>40 mpg!). Good for five people. Excellent for four people. Easy to drive. Excellent safety features (added Lariat safety features are worthwhile). Owned for one year. Basic maintenance and the recalls were no problem. High quality affordability made by our neighbor Mexico. I would highly recommend.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

In the early 2000’s “we” bought our first Kia’s and our experience with service at other dealerships was less than satisfying , Then for routine maintenance we went to Serra Kia And the contrast was striking ! We were treated respectfully EVERYTHING was explained clearly and all are questions were addressed promptly. Since then my wife and I have purchased 5 Kia’s and as of this writing, Serra has NOT disappointed us ONCE ! Bought in Dec 2024 with a great deal. We needed a new car to support 3 car seats. The two choices in the category are mainly between the Sienna and the Carnival. Why we chose the Carnival: Availability: You had to pre-order a Sienna or wait 6-9 months to get one. Pricing: The Sienna was on average $10k higher with comparable features and no ability to negotiate down the pricing. Driving: The Carnival is quite speedy off the line given it is a hybrid. We live in a very hilly area (Colorado). The Sienna really struggled and was very loud going up normal hills. Looks: The Carnival looks like an SUV (Chevy Traverse). The Sienna looks like your typical minivan. The Pearl white color is especially beautiful up close. Tech: Large entertainment screen makes reading text / maps very easy. Rear seat camera is nice to see what the kids are doing. Wireless charger, bluetooth CarPlay work great. Expanded rear view camera. Things we wish the Carnival had: AWD: The Sienna is available with AWD (although no models on the lot had it). Instead of AWD we spent $1700 on snow tires, which typically perform better than AWD and all-seasons tires. Auto-dimming mirror / Homelink in the EX trim. I purchased an OEM and installed it myself for ~$275. The dealer price was around $800. Sure wish a $40k car came with an auto dimming mirror when it comes with a rear seat camera! Concerns: Kia has that nice 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure how well the interior will hold up to 3 kids under 5. The Kia connect app also did not work upon purchase and it requires a factory reset at the dealer Overall: Happy with our purchase. It looks like an SUV but has the space and maneuverability of a minivan. It's fast off the line for a car that gets 36 MPG. It's got the tech of more expensive car. Given Toyota's significant number of recalls, I wouldn't default to Toyota as being the safer / nicer option. I don't think it is worth the extra $.

Golling Kia in Madison Heights is a great dealership. I leased my Hybrid Niro there in April and absolutely love the car. I just took it in for its first oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. Only took a little over a hour to complete it. Had great service and a clean car when I left. My car is ready for the winter. Golling is the only Kia Dealer I'll do business with.
