I had a lovely time at my Bend Volvo dealership. I was there getting a recall problem address on my new/used CX 40. Their waiting room is very nice and comes stocked with some yummy goodies. A nice knowable young man walk me around the lot as I asked him questions about new Volvo models. And the repair team was kind and very quick with the new software updates to my backup camera. Alas, I also had to buy a new key fob for my car, these are really too expensive! However, I know this price is set by their corporate overlords and not their fault. I like the team and will bring Dove (my lovely grey Volvo) back for her next service! Thanks Team Volvo!

2026 BMW X5 PHEV review
I traded in my 2023 X5 45e and a 2026 X5 50e. I loved the 2023 and thought I would keep it longer but my local dealer had a 2026 loaner X5 that they were selling at a big discount. It has the more improved Driver Professional Pro package, a $2500 option which includes a self driving option on the interstates. The 50e had many issues in its first model year that BMW has fixed for the 2026 model the last year before the major redesign in 2027. The battery is warranty is now 100000 miles rather than the 80000 on the 45e. The Driver Professional Pro usually is only on the M model upgrades which didn’t want so this fix the bill for a timely replacement before the major redesign in 2027.

2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
2024 RAV4 Hybrid XSE model is a great choice - interior road noise & front seats that do not glide back enough are my ‘wish I would have paid attention to’ regrets. If passengers are over 6’2” with long legs, they do not fit in the front seat comfortably & many times I feel like an Uber driver with them choosing the back seat when going distances. Hybrids make a lot of noise when backing up which can turn heads - this is normal so don’t be alarmed. Gas mileage is terrific & its sporty exterior is over the top. I do love it & recommend it if not concerned about the cons I have mentioned.

Joe Harrison was an excellent sales associate. We went through a few trucks on test drives and then with what I wanted in a deal I went home with an awesome truck! The whole staff was excellent and made sure that I was welcome there and had anything I might need. We started at 3:30 and I left with the new rig at 7:30, nobody complained and made sure that the detail shop was doing their thing while we were doing paperwork. The whole experience was great, better than any other new or used vehicle purchase and it wasn’t even their brand! Toyota replaced 2 wheel bearings on my vehicle recently, bringing my Lexus back to the silent, smooth-running car I remembered. I soon detected a light metal rattle occurring at turns & bumps, however, that started to increase in frequency. Thinking it might be related to the bearings work just completed, I returned to the shop. Chris, Toyota’s lead mechanic, took a quick drive, deciphered the problem, and in no time, the repair was made. Toyota didn’t charge me for the work, & my Lexus runs again like new! 2026 Toyota 4Runner Hybrid review
This vehicle is not only very comfortable inside but is very stylist in a brutal sort of way on the outside. Stated milage is 24 but we have been able to squeeze 26.9 out of it so far. As to reliability, we owned our last 4 Runner for 29 years with normal maintenance...hated to get rid of it.

Derik Pulver Is the man!!! I told him exactly what I wanted, and after I found one that caught my eye, he worked with me. I told him that it was going to be an almost 13hr round trip drive from where I live in Washington and he offered to drive it to Portland for me to test it. I bought it on the spot!!
