We had an appt. at 9:45 and were told it would take 4 hours. Someone was there waiting for us as we drove up and directed us to the lounge and said Tony would be there shortly. He soon arrived, and we got signed up. At precisely 1:45 Tony appeared at the lounge and said "it's all done." Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient, and the facilities are wonderful. There are lots of magazines in the lounge as well as coffee. Tony noticed the fuel filter hadn't been changed in a long time, so we appreciated his telling us and also had that done.

Jeremy in Service goes above and beyond to be sure my car gets the best service. The mechanic was extremely thorough not even finding but also taking a picture of a Lug nut which had been stripped. Jeremy kept me posted throughout the visit. I left feeling I got the best service.

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

I brought in our leased 2022 Honda HRV for repairs last week. Jesus Ramirez was very helpful and courteous. He made sure we were kept informed about the progress of the repairs, and when they were complete, let us know as soon as our car was ready. Simply amazing! From start to finish this car is a pure joy to drive and own. Add a spoiler and minor accessories and people will think it’s a type R. I got the Sport Touring Hybrid hatchback in bright blue and I have no complaints, from looks to features this is hands down car of the year. If you are in the market for a car this is definitely a top candidate. Well done Honda.
