2026 Jeep Cherokee review
So far, I really like this car. Only 2 things come to mind in the negative area. No heads-up display is offered and the warrantee could be longer. Other than that, it is a pleasure owning this car.

2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

As I was sitting in the waiting area while the car was being serviced, I watched as Cortney would approach each waiting customer with information about their vehicle condition and potential recommendations for extending the life and enjoyable driving experience of their personal vehicle. All done with a personal, yet professional approach and demeanor. When she approached me, she had already pulled a Carfax to illustrate for me, work had already been done in another dealership. In some cases, work was done twice which is unnecessary, to say the least. She took sufficient time to point out factory recommendations for the vehicle , made some future recommendations, leaving all decisions for me to discuss with the car owner. I went to Tom Scott Honda to buy a used car. I was pre-approved from my bank and had already found the vehicle I wanted online. We went in, took the car for a test drive, completed the paperwork, and were out of there in less than an hour. No haggling, no back and forth. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I really appreciated Brandon's honesty about what they could do as well as the transparency on their prices. I waited three months before writing this review to make sure everything was as they said it would be - and it is! The banking went through without a hitch, the car is fantastic and runs great. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience and will use Brandon again in the future and keep his card in my wallet to refer others to "one of the good guys."

I love this hybrid with all its safety and convenience features. It has much more pep than my old CRV and is getting 40 mpg. It is also stylish and almost luxurious. Its cargo capacity is adequate.

2024 Ford F-150 review
Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

2023 Ford F-150 review
My experience is very positive. Great looks. Great power. Fit finish inside and out first class. Handling on road no complaints. Off road the truck is a beast. 34” tires help appearance and ground clearance. I think it’s the right choice in this segment of trucks. But man the recalls blow. This axle bolt half shaft one has taken forever to get done. It kinda throws manure on a great truck. Other than that it’s a keeper ! The ecoboost 3.5 is really strong. It also sounds like a small V6 which is not so great. As long as it keeps small V6ing and doesn’t break I’m good. But no coyote sound check needed. The paint is maybe the biggest surprise. It’s really good. Interior highlights are just normal comfortable observations. Nothing over the top but adequate. It handles deep snow well. It handles 75 mph in 100 degree heat well. It’s smooth sleek and fast. Stopping power is real good. I’d buy another one for sure. It has the recall issues but they all do so that’s all l gotta say about that.

2025 Kia Carnival Hybrid review
Bought in Dec 2024 with a great deal. We needed a new car to support 3 car seats. The two choices in the category are mainly between the Sienna and the Carnival. Why we chose the Carnival: Availability: You had to pre-order a Sienna or wait 6-9 months to get one. Pricing: The Sienna was on average $10k higher with comparable features and no ability to negotiate down the pricing. Driving: The Carnival is quite speedy off the line given it is a hybrid. We live in a very hilly area (Colorado). The Sienna really struggled and was very loud going up normal hills. Looks: The Carnival looks like an SUV (Chevy Traverse). The Sienna looks like your typical minivan. The Pearl white color is especially beautiful up close. Tech: Large entertainment screen makes reading text / maps very easy. Rear seat camera is nice to see what the kids are doing. Wireless charger, bluetooth CarPlay work great. Expanded rear view camera. Things we wish the Carnival had: AWD: The Sienna is available with AWD (although no models on the lot had it). Instead of AWD we spent $1700 on snow tires, which typically perform better than AWD and all-seasons tires. Auto-dimming mirror / Homelink in the EX trim. I purchased an OEM and installed it myself for ~$275. The dealer price was around $800. Sure wish a $40k car came with an auto dimming mirror when it comes with a rear seat camera! Concerns: Kia has that nice 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure how well the interior will hold up to 3 kids under 5. The Kia connect app also did not work upon purchase and it requires a factory reset at the dealer Overall: Happy with our purchase. It looks like an SUV but has the space and maneuverability of a minivan. It's fast off the line for a car that gets 36 MPG. It's got the tech of more expensive car. Given Toyota's significant number of recalls, I wouldn't default to Toyota as being the safer / nicer option. I don't think it is worth the extra $.

On a recent trip to a local grocery store I experienced a surprise malfunction with the shifter linkage of my vehicle. I suddenly found myself stuck in "park" and unable to complete my mission of gathering critical last-minute grocery items for our family barbeque. Yet unfamiliar with local vehicle service businesses in Colville, I happened to glance in my review mirror and saw the Country Chevrolet sign shining a few blocks away. I immediately set out on foot to explore my options. After a brief hike, I was greeted in the service department by Tammy who instantly took it upon herself to assist me. Gathering master mechanic Ryan, we returned to my car to assess the situation. Ryan diagnosed the issue in seconds and was able to temporarily connect the linkage, enabling me to drive it to the service bay for repair. This is my definition of not only great "customer service" but more importantly genuine kindness and concern for a stranger in need. You have my highest recommendation without reservation!

The car is comfortable. Great gas mileage. Good visibility. The car has proven to be a great purchase. It's really tough to find a good deal on a used car. Even tougher to find a honest dealer. (is that an oxymoron?)
