Spitzer Jeep RAM Brook ParkReviews
Spitzer Jeep RAM Brook Park review
I went in to Spitzer Motor city on Brookpark to buy a used car and they surpassed all my expectations. Tony Nemmi was my sales person and was knowledgeable and patient. The sales manager Bob Paradise personally came over and thanked me for my business. The finance manager Jessie made sure I understood all of my own decisions. "WOW"

Great Service. Checked in quickly and kept informed until completion. They even shared a video of what was done and why. I was very happy.

BMW of Westlake review
Went in for an oil change, tech found that front differential was loose and needed immediate repair. Kevin, the service advisor provided a brand new loaner X1 for the weekend free of charge. Repair was also covered under warranty. Everything was handled smoothly and really appreciated the loaner car.
2026 BMW X3 review
The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

9am arrived and met Aryn. Very thorough description of service to be done. Photo of all sides of car. One small scratch and several light scratches that she offered to buff out. 45 minutes later all done with s very detailed report. Great job!

BMW of Westlake review
My car was damaged in an accident and the body shop I was sent to by my insurance could not figure out the electronic repairs required .The technicians at BMW of Westlake figured out the issues within hours and Brittany (my service manager) was amazing at coordinating with my insurance adjuster . She also kept me updated througout the process. Would recommend this dealership for any repairs or buying a new car. They go above and beyond for their customers.

I dropped my 2026 X5 off for its first oil change. Received a courtesy ride back to my house. Received a text containing a video of the service tech walking around the vehicle explaining the condition of my vehicle's brakes and tires. Cory at the service desk did a great job as well. About 1 year later and I am very happy with my BMW purchase.

Elyria Hyundai review
Darien and Jaclyn are unbelievable! The entire approach with the dealership is very calming, communicative, and helpful. Right from the second I talked to Darien we instantly started to build great rapport. We have been to many dealerships in the past month and I can absolutely say that no one has as great of an experience as they offer. They are simply human, real, and helpful.. It’s a nice breath of fresh air to have that in a car dealership. We all know that’s not always the case either. Their willingness to help as much as they did speaks fathoms on how the team truly cares to make sure that your investment is the correct one for you. Their approach isn’t to try and sell you a car but to actually assist and help find the right vehicle for you. Whether it’s specs, tech, or budget the team is very helpful and knowledgeable. If there is a car at Elyria Hyundai that peaks your interest then you are in luck to meet some of the best people in the game!

Elyria Hyundai review
They exceeded my expectations. Service was wonderful. They didn’t have the parts but they ordered them and provided a rental without hesitation. They definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Chelsie Yost is always so helpful. She does her best to save me money. I have been bringing my 2013 Toyota Matrix here for the past 13 years.
