Used Hyundai Accent for sale near Somerset, NJ

I have purchased two high-end cars from world Volkswagen of Neptune in the last 6 months. Both cars were purchased through the salesman Robert Bilek. I have purchased numerous high-end cars over the years and I cannot recommend this dealership and Mr Bilek enough. Mr Bilek went out of his way to make sure every step of the sales process went without a hitch. Additionally, Mr Bilek , on his own time, took my car from the dealership to a specialty shop to facilitate some extras I was having completed on my car. I have never, in my 30 years of buying high end cars, had such an attentive and knowledgeable salesman. I would highly recommend Mr. Bilek as well as the dealership for anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle

Great car for the price. The warranty sold me and free oil changes for 3/36k miles. I LOVE IT! Kinda small, but doable in every way. I am a single mom with 2 children and we fit perfectly. Did I mention how awesome the warranty is. :)

Keith is pretty helpful with the process of buying a car. They’re pretty transparent and you can bring your mechanic and check out the car before leaving the lot.

Ride could be a bit smoother, I has a pretty exterior good for city and good on the highway could have bit more power is 5th and 6th (they are a bit gutless). It has been reliable and cheap to maintain the tires are cheap for a car. great ABS and the grip in the winter and despite the fairly low clearance front wheel drive it can actually go though a foot of snow with a decent driver.

I never saw the vehicle...bought it on line..and through conversation. Phil is one great guy ..he checked the vehicle .told me what needed to be done...did all the paperwork...very professional.

The car will work for someone with a small budget and desire a comfortable reliable ride. I recommend you buy it from a truly solid dealer that knows how to fix it with out excuses.

This fits the bill of reliable commuter car. It won't wow anyone, but it's light, economical to run, and bulletproof from a reliability standpoint. Look for a clean, low-mileage example to get the most out of your purchase.

Place was amazing and would recommend it for anyone. I was able to find a car that was perfect, gave me a great deal on it, test drive was perfect. In late 2015 I ordered and bought a 2016 Hyundai accent. I was looking for a car under $20,000 CAD that would suit my purposes and that would be safe enough for my teenaged kids to learn and drive. The dealer experience was not what I would call a positive one. As this is about the car I will not go into detail here. The look of the little 2016 accent hatchback is really a 8/10. Put on some cheap fun stripes and you’ll be getting second looks; 9/10 then. Other body styles for the Accent are well…meh. Now the car itself is cheap to buy, and built cheaply. There is no doubt about that. There is an awful lot of road noise, there is usually some body part rattle, the torque is laughable, but again—it is cheap. I call this a Meccano car. Why? Because replacing parts is as easy as a Meccano set. And you WILL need to learn how to do this. This car gets no respect in parking lots; it’s constantly being dinged and hit by other cars. It has low clearance; road debris doesn’t go under the car— it cracks up all the plastic bits. Oh yeah, and the four or so fibre skid plates? Two disappeared within the first six months. One ripped off in a puddle during a rainstorm. However, because there’s so much plastic, and parts are easily available due to the car’s ubiquity, it’s fairly cheap to fix. This car can be insanely efficient. If you’re hypermiling, you can achieve 5.2 L per 100 km. I drive aggressively and get 6.2 or so. In town aggressive, will get you 7.4. My battery lasted six years before replacement. No complaints there. I take care of my car. I do most regular services on time. It’s been parked outside in Canadian prairie weather it’s entire life. It starts at -35C without the block heater plugged in. It’s insanely reliable and is just now displaying the first signs of rust from our heavily salted winter roads. Speaking of which– this thing is so light that you absolutely NEED winter tires up here, even if it is a front wheel drive or isn’t the law. While I would probably never buy a car like this used with 100000 km or more, I have been pretty happy with this thing. I like it better than my past Fords, Nissan, my four Chryslers, and even my Audi (based on price vs reliability). It was a good buy. I knew I was getting a cheap, disposable car. And unless something else presents itself later as a better option-I’d be looking at replacing it with another Hyundai. 2016 Hyundai Accent Hatchback GL manual

I have had my 2013 Hyundai Accent since it was new. I change my oil regularly and I've had to get new tires once. It has only 168,000 miles but I drive it daily. Never any issues The only problem I have with it is some rust on the paint from living in the Florida heat. I absolutely love this car. It is my third Hyundai Accent and never had any issues with any of them.

The staff is very friendly, and helpful. They have a large selection of cars in their inventory and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I like the vehicle, it's the first Hyundai I ever owned. It's small, but seems very responsive When I drive it. The reality Is i needed another Car, so I bought it. And the truth is I rarely drive it. Like maybe 1 day a week. So it works For me.

Had car since 2015 and im guy washes wax every day. Got car at 100,00ish ive put 85,000 on it myself Heres what been done since owned ball joints 3 sets made cheaply... Exhaust work 2 times from rot . 1 ignition coil replaced High pressure power steering Line pipe replaced lasted about 170000 ish.. lower ball joints 2 times. brakes all around 3 times . at 185,000 and all 4 shocks have to be replaced timing belt at 160,000 replaced. 1 starter replaced Over all just regular stuff that wears out. Cant complain cars real easy to work on your self..all belts replaced twice. Never made me walk home So overall Cheap running Good in snow also never get stuck no matter what i try. Water pump and alternator water pump never been touched still work as intended

my friend/neighbor recommended independence to me I was looking for a used car for my daughter. they did not disappoint! the car runs wonderfully. the price was a very good deal. and customer service very helpful and honest!

In short, a friend sold me a 2006 hyundai accent with a TON of miles on it (200,000) at a bargain price in 2013. It's got 220,000 on it now and going strong. gets me to work every day. No pizzazz just A-B reliably.

Small and simple great first car 👍 not super reliable like a Honda but still seems really reliable, I bought mine for $2,800 2 years ago still running extremely well today with 160,000 miles. Small engine and easy to repair, only real repair I've had to do on it is a water pump, expect a cheap economy car if you take good care of it then it will treat you right.

I bought my 2010 Hyundai Accent sedan last year (2022) and don’t regret it one bit. I bought this car because I wanted something cheap for going too and from work and school. In the year I’ve owned this car I haven’t had a single issue with it and have put about 20,000kms on it. I’m six feet tall and feel quite comfortable in this car as it has comfortable seats and big windows. the interior has good storage with NINE cupholders and the trunk is quite a decent size. The A/C and heat are good and I like the factory command start during the cold months. It’s also amazing on gas around town but still keeps up with traffic easily. The only thing I could possibly complain about with this car is the highway driving. The wind does push it around quite a bit on a windy day and it doesn’t get incredibly good gas milage on long trips. That being said, it has surprisingly good passing power. One thing I will say is if you live in a winter climate with this car you absolutely need winter tires. I got studded winter tires for mine and it didn’t get stuck once last winter (our winters can be pretty harsh in Saskatchewan). All in all I’m very happy with this car and will be keeping it for the foreseeable future.

This is a great car. Bought new, SE with 6 spd manual. Quite fast, 0-60, 7.5 seconds. mileage on highway up to 50 mpg. price paid OTD 14500. maintenance, put gas in it, change the oil every 10000 miles. New battery after 52 months. 30000 miles on car. No problems with car. I would recommend this car to anyone. Best mileage seen 56 mpg. worst 13 mpg., avg. 42 mpg., city, highway. will cruise on highway at 80 mph all day long and still get 40, plus mpg.

Bought a few vehicles from B&B, can’t write anything negative about my experience either time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to others. They will go above and beyond to help you. A few weeks after I purchased a car, a check engine light came on, (loose wire) they took care of it promptly on the spot. The light never came back on.

Best Value for Money. It met all my needs. Spacious trunk with enough room for three strollers. Much better than any comparable brand. Very low maintenance costs. Excellent on highways and city. Interior is superior to most other cars. I searched for similar Japanese cars and was disappointed due to high selling prices, less features, and recalls and repairs needed. Drove it for four years and almost 75K miles without any problems at all.

This is the 2nd car I've gotten from Hudson Subaru and couldn't be more pleased!!! Everybody there is very nice and very helpful. I bought the 2022 Accent SE trim as a backup daily driver. It's great but not awesome. True, the interior is not much of a wow factor, but it's nice and simple. The radio and infotainment is simple, backseats, trunk, lights, many simplicities in this car. Driving is fun, it does have a bit of an acceleration that I'm not used to. Huge windshield though, I was impressed. The shifter know moves cleanly as well. Brake is under par, I wish it was a bit better (I'm probably used to the Brembos on my garage queen.) I don't like the plastic rim cover, I might change out the rims to nicer ones. I replaced my halogens with LEDs for my headlights. I get about 33-36 MPG driving in Texas roads so, my driving habits are rather safe-ish and slow. I think for the price, it is one of the best starter cars out there. I love Toyotas and Hondas, but these days in 2024, they are way too overpriced. If you are in the market for something simple and clean, and are trying to avoid flashy and eye stares, also while not hurting your wallet; this might be the car your looking for

Bought a 2014 Accent new, had it for 5 years and 60,000 miles. Someone hit me and totaled it but during the time I owned it I never had one mechanical problem, only routine except for the bubbling tint on back window which seems to be a common problem with Hyundai. Just bought a 2017 Accent and couldn’t be happier.
