My salesman, Dustin was good. Straightforward and took the time to look up answers to questions he could not answer off hand. Never got angry or intimidating. A man's man. A real professional with great communication skills. Also, hats off to the F&I man who was an actual human being! Lol. Keep up the good work!

Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai review
Had to take my 2020 Hyundai Tucson in for a recall. Not really a recall, but a form I had to get for DMV. I hardly got into the place when someone came over and waited on me! I was totally shocked.(I bought my car from Beaverton Hyundai and got possibly worst treatment I could’ve ever gotten.) I was impressed with the entire place.Thien could not have been nicer. He listened to my story about my treatment in Beaverton. I also Had my 60,000 mile check up. I will always go back here!

Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai review
I recently purchased an Ioniq5 from Ron Tonkin Hyundai in Gladstone. I did my upfront research on EVs and picked the Ioniq5 as a serious possibility. I only intended to test drive that day. I fell in love with the car and there was zero pressure during the entire process. I came back the next day and bought the car. The dealership was very polite and the entire process was easy. They worked with me on price. I felt my trade in was fair and the financing was generous. I’m happy about the car and would highly recommend this dealership.

Bud Clary HyundaiReviews
Bud Clary Hyundai review
Best car buying experience of my lifetime!! I’m a 65 year old man and have bought at least 10 new cars in my life. I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Palisade and had a trade. I love the new car, and the team at Bud Clary made the entire experience a no-hassle transaction with fair and reasonable values on both sides of the deal (new and trade). I was texting family and friends on Bud’s showroom floor telling them great things about the transaction and this dealership! For all the folks at Bud Clary’s Hyundai, and to other folks considering this dealership for a new car, I say, this Bud’s for you!

I am a senior citizen and have purchased many vehicles in my life time. I must say this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. Sales Consultant Cedric felt more like a friend or family member working to get to the wife and I the very best deal possible. I highly recommend this Dealer. From Cedric to the Sales Manager and Finance staff they were all truly genuine nice and caring people. No pressure and all very helpful. If I was a car dealer I would offer Cedric a raise to come work for me.

Doug's Hyundai review
Fantastic experience start-to-finish! Good selection, no pressure, personable staff. Our salesman Mike B was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted without pushing us one way or the other. Finance Manager Max M was also friendly, went over all the paperwork clearly, and explained very useful extended warranty options without all the nonsense other dealerships try to arm-twist you over. Buying a new car doesn't have to be a chore and we give Doug's our highest recommendation without hesitation!

Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett review
Nikolai was my service rep. I had brought my Tucson in for a recall and planned on spending about 2 hours. It was done in about 45 minutes. I know he didn’t actually perform the service, but Nikolai helped ease my anxieties over the recall. He was fun to chat with. It was a good experience, dealing with him. He helps make Lee Johnson Hyundai a welcoming place and keeps customers like myself, returning to have their cars serviced. Great job. Keep up the good work!!

Doug's Hyundai review
I just purchased my 2nd (almost) brand new Tucson from Doug's in Lynnwood. My first experience was 7 years ago and fairly stressful, however this time was amazing. My sales rep was Michael Wilson. I had a certain deal in mind with my trade based on research and with very little back and forth I got my car! I've bought several new cars over the years and Michael by far is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He has a very kind, calm demeaner and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend him! Also Sonny (sp?) in warranty was great and very quick and efficient.

Doug's Hyundai review
My wife and I are in our mid 70s, and this is only the second time we have purchased a new car. We were treated with respect. We knew what new car we wanted, and John Neal, in a most professional, friendly, knowledgable and courteous manner, shepherded us through the buying process. He listened to our needs and fully answered all our questions. He asserted no pressure. We preordered our car, and when it came time for delivery, he spent well over 3 hours with us, most genuinely patient, describing the multitude of vehicle options and warranties. We also had a very positive experience with Max when it came to signing all the paper work. He was very friendly and organized and willingly answered our minutia filled questions. He gave us the time we needed to be comfortable with all the paper work. We were very pleasantly surprised in the amount of our trade-in.

Bought a car from out of state and process was seamless and they were willing to help. I can’t wait to receive my vehicle. Can’t wait to have my Sonata Hybrid. Texas Hyundai dealers don’t order enough hybrids!

Doug's Hyundai review
5 Stars – An Unforgettable First Car Buying Experience at Doug’s Hyundai! As two young adults starting a new chapter and preparing to grow our little family, buying our first car was a major milestone. Thanks to Doug’s Hyundai—and especially Debra Martin—it became an unforgettable, joyful experience that we’ll cherish forever. Debra was truly the heart of this entire journey. From our very first visit, she made us feel completely at ease. There was no pressure, no sales pitch—just genuine kindness, care, and a deep understanding of what this moment meant to us. Over the course of several weeks, Debra stayed in touch, patiently answered every question (and there were a lot!), and helped guide us through every step with compassion and honesty. She made us feel seen, heard, and valued—not just as customers, but as people. By the time we drove away in our brand-new 2025 Hyundai Palisade XRT, we didn’t just have the perfect vehicle for our growing family—we had also gained a friend. Debra’s warmth, empathy, and dedication are rare, and we are so grateful to have had her by our side through this experience. Sales Manager Zach Gilbert played a huge role in making sure everything went smoothly, offering guidance and support every step of the way. And when it came time to talk numbers, Finance Manager Maksim Martemyanov made the financing process straightforward and stress-free. He walked us through all of our options clearly and honestly, making sure we felt confident and secure in our investment. We drove off the lot feeling not just like satisfied customers, but like part of the Doug’s Hyundai family. They treated us with kindness and respect, celebrated this milestone with us, and truly cared about getting us into a vehicle that fits our future. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares and makes buying a car feel exciting instead of intimidating, Doug’s Hyundai is the place. This was more than just a purchase—it was the start of something special. Thank you, Debra, Zach, and Maksim. We truly appreciated the top tier member service throughout the entire process!
