Hyundai of 110 review
Dan Ciotti and Eli Woods were an enormous help when purchasing our new vehicle. Eli prepared our car for delivery and walked us through all the features of the vehicle and even assisted with information months after the purchase! The whole team were very professional, thorough and worked quickly to complete the vehicle transaction. I also appreciated that Tommy in the Finance department was helpful and honest with what the dealership offered and what we actually needed. No pressure to purchase additional warranties or protection plans. Without hesitation I would fly to New York to purchase another vehicle at Hyundai of 110.

Hyundai of 110 review
Spoke to Dan Ciotti of Hyundai 110 Farmingdale about leasing a 2023 Venue. He was straight forward - no games, no pressure, no haggling. No going back and forth to the manager, etc. Dan was very personable and easy to work with. He did not force me into the car that day. He gave me the opportunity to go home and think about it and check my finances. He was very knowledgeable about all the car's features I was looking for; and made the leasing experience easy. He made me feel so comfortable about this lease that I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Thanks to the Sales Manager Rob- I purchased a Kona from the dealership in March. I had a complication from a car scent product with the visor and it already needed to be replaced. While the service team didn’t mention a labor fee for replacing the $325 Visor I had to purchase, Rob reviewed the quote they sent me and had the sales team cover the Labor fee. That’s above and beyond!

I worked with Shannon at Millenium Hyundai and she was fantastic to deal with. I was undecided between the Palisade, Santa Fe and Tuscon. We help me test drive each and then when to a sister dealership to pickup a car for my wife and I to look at. We didn't end up finding the right car but she made the entire experience pleasant and honest.

Kalen Antoine is an amazing salesperson for Millennium Hyundai. I came into Hyundai leaning towards purchasing a 2026 Kona. Kalen gave me all the facts and figures about the car and accommodated me choosing to wait and search other vehicles. After going to about every other dealership on Long Island, the service at Millennium swayed me to coming back and getting the Kona. Since my purchase Kalen has helped me a few times put on my custom plates, put on and take off my crossbar brackets and answer any technical questions I had about the system updates.

Absolutely. I’d make the review emphasize the contrast without spending I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this service department. My son purchased a used vehicle about a month and a half ago from another dealership, and unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the vehicle had some very serious issues that never should have been overlooked before it was sold. From the moment I brought the car here, the experience has been completely different. The service department has been incredibly thorough, honest, patient, and helpful. They took the time to fully inspect the vehicle, explain exactly what they found in a way that I could understand, and even provided videos showing the issues they discovered. That level of transparency has meant so much, especially after the experience we had purchasing the vehicle. We are now dealing with a significant engine issue, and they have gone above and beyond to help us navigate the warranty process and are working directly with the warranty company in hopes of getting the engine replacement covered. They have kept me informed throughout the process and genuinely seem to be doing everything they can to help us find the best possible outcome. Buying your teenager a car and then finding out shortly afterward that it has major problems is incredibly stressful and frustrating. Having a service department that treats you with honesty, compassion, and respect makes such a difference. I truly feel like they are advocating for us rather than simply looking at us as another repair order. I am extremely grateful for the time, effort, communication, and care they have put into helping my son and me. Regardless of how everything ultimately works out with the warranty, the level of service we have received has been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this service department to anyone looking for a place they can trust. Thank you for making a very difficult situation a little easier for us!
