Used 2022 Hyundai SANTA FE for sale near Chevy Chase Section Five, MD

I went in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to look at. I called ahead of time and they had the vehicle ready and waiting to test drive when I got there. The first thing John said was `Ask me anything about this car and I can tell you.? And he did! The precious dealership I had been at knew very little about their inventory OR the two cars I test drove. I had to keep correcting them about the year and features of the cars. At Antwerpin they were attentive and so kind, unlike my experience at the previous dealership. Once I decided to purchase the car, John and Ricky were awesome, and Tom in finance made the paperwork a breeze. I love my car and will refer anyone to Antwerpin for their car needs!

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

Very comfortable, very solid feeling, love my Santa Fe PHEV, around town get about 88 mp gallon, often much more. Some controls confusing, especially heat/AC; buttons and dials would be better than touch screen. Would like forward drive gear button to be in front with rear behind, a safety issue.

We have had the 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy for one year and have been very satisfied for the most part. We learned early on that a front seat passenger can not use a seat pad and have the passenger seat air bag light go off. We met with a regional customer service advisor at the dealership and were told all new cars are that way. It’s unfortunate if you happen to be under 5’ and want to sit higher. Now that I know that, I am sorry not to have checked this before we purchased. Now that I do know I will consider this at my next purchase. Only three other issues, terrible gas mileage 22-24 mpg, occasional failure of the doors to unlock without pressing the key fob and street noise. As far as comfort is concerned, we have been happy with the ride and handling.

I visited Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly for service on my 2023 Tucson. It was easy to get an appointment. I was received in the service area quickly and informed of the service I would receive. I was notified of the progress of my service and other recommendations via text. The Service Technician was efficient and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership over the years and I will keep coming back because: 1) they are honest! I did my research online and was able to build my deal online and I had no surprises!!! Zero! The price I was quoted was the price I paid each time and they even found me some additional discounts! 2) They treat you like royalty no matter what! When I purchased my first vehicle my credit was crappy. They were able to get me in a new car and NEVER EVER made me feel like anything other than royalty! Two vehicles later, credit is great and they they still treat me like a million bucks! 3) The quality of support and customer service is unmatched! The sales team is wonderfully knowledgeable and honest. Never pushy and very friendly and respectful! I have tried to service my vehicles elsewhere only to wish I never had. Honest folks with exceptional service that treat you like royalty! What else can you want?

These reviews are so surprising. It seems the newer cars are treated better than the older models, which is not good. I bought my Accent at Alexandria Hyundai, used, but not serioiusly (4,000) miles. Each appointment was different as far as customer service. Sometimes it was ready early, sometimes much later than promised, and other times right on time. The trick is not to leave a message with the receptionist or someone else in maintenance. Go right to the dealership manager. If they are not available right then, ask again and again to see the manager until you see them. Remember this is Covid-19 season. All services are delayed or forgotten from time to time. Services are overbooked and tempers are frayed. As far as MY Accent? Everything was taken care of, I got phone calls, the manager was so helpful and I will be replacing my Accent within the year for a newer model. I bought my beautiful 2007 light blue car with 4,000 miles. I now have 104,044 miles and the car runs like a champ! I've gotten major, expected repairs done on time and oil changes faithfully.. Don't give up on Alexandria Hyundai. Just know who to talk to. Like any other business. You'll get more accomplished with the Managers. If not, change dealers - just make sure to give them a chance to make it better. Happy New Year!

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. Have had a 2025 Carnival for almost a year. Ourisman has been an excellent dealer to work with, from purchase to service. Purchase experience was excellent.
