When my old car wouldn’t start after I got home, Jonathan went above and beyond by coming out to try and jump-start it himself. When that didn’t work, the team stayed well past closing, nearly two hours, to wait for the car to be towed back and ensure we were fully taken care of and able to leave with our new vehicle.
