We've had the Tuscon in the extreme Canadian Winters -40c, (-40F). Unplugged, and it has started without issue. I remember we were nervous when we bought the vehicle with the GDI 2.0L motor originally, but it has been fantastic since new. I would highly recommend the Tuscon to a young or older couple it is truly the perfect family vehicle. Great price and great reliabililty.

Me and my wife are moving from Buell Idaho to Astoria Oregon and we are driving separate Cars I am in a 2019 gmc Yukon and she is in a 2015 subaru outback..the gmc broke down on highway in middle of the night and we use the subaru to get to a hotel..And with are luck in the morning the subaru had a check engine light and was runned ruf.The subaru team got use inb with in 30 mins and fixed the issue before arer GMC got there on tow truck.Tuck was in with in a hour and its problem was also corrected.. all in all in and out with 2 unscheduled vehicles in less then 3 hours and we were back on the road..
