Headquarter Hyundai review
I had an outstanding car-buying experience at Headquarter Hyundai in Sanford. The team made the process completely stress-free, transparent, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle! AJ was amazing! I came in to look at a used toyota tacoma and would up purchasing it...he made it a simple and fun and relaxing experience, with no extra hidden agenda, just a simple purchase!! He was super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous! Did everything to make me feel comfortable and making sure I had everything I needed to proceed with my decision!! I highly recommend this dealership, Jose in finance was also super professional, friendly and quick to complete my purchase! Great atmosphere, great employees! Great vehicles! Trust this place and come buy your new vehicle!

Torian is very smart and listens to her customers requests and requirements for the vehicle they are looking for. She doesn't push people into a vehicle they are happy with. If I ever need a another vehicle my wife and I said it will be with her or nobody else.

Been to many of the Toyota dealerships around here, from Venice to Bradenton. This is by far the best one. Place looks great, people are super nice. Make you feel like a valued customer and not just a number or a check. Special thanks to Sussanne and Mike for making this the fastest and easiest purchase ever! We'll be back. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Decided against buying from the dealership, but the experience was positive . Spencer was knowledgeable and very professional. They have a bunch of inventory and their prices are fair.

2020 Hyundai TUCSON review
Very happy with our purchase. We have about 60,000km on the vehicle now (Yes Canadian). I am very pleased with the quality, performance, and reliability of the vehicle. We've had the Tuscon in the extreme Canadian Winters -40c, (-40F). Unplugged, and it has started without issue. I remember we were nervous when we bought the vehicle with the GDI 2.0L motor originally, but it has been fantastic since new. I would highly recommend the Tuscon to a young or older couple it is truly the perfect family vehicle. Great price and great reliabililty.

I inquired with J&M on a Lincoln. Michael was easy to work with, the fixed price model makes the process easy. I reserved the car with a small deposit, then changed my mind and I was refunded within 24 hours of asking. Clear communication all the way through and good service. Didn't do business but would still recommend them
