When my old car wouldn’t start after I got home, Jonathan went above and beyond by coming out to try and jump-start it himself. When that didn’t work, the team stayed well past closing, nearly two hours, to wait for the car to be towed back and ensure we were fully taken care of and able to leave with our new vehicle. They kept their promise! I truly can’t recommend this dealership enough, and Jonathan is as good as it gets. 2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
Purchased the car new and all went well.Two weeks in the fuel pump had to be replaced.Apparently the dealership that replaced it had replaced the same part with the same problem.There was an alert in the service department.

Overall a good experience. Pleasant people to talk with and the buying process was really simple and stress free. My only complaint was that the vehicle wasn't cleaned even though I had made an appointment a few days in advance. Would reccomend Carmax H'burg to others.
