I had a great experience with this dealership. Nigel and the team did a great job and I would recommend them to my friends and family. I found the car I was looking for online, made an appointment to see it, and it was just as described - I was met at the door and the car was ready for me to inspect it. Everything went very well and I love my new car. A

Ed Voyles Hyundai review
I have been an Ed Voyles customer for years and take my car to the service department for all of my services so that only certified Hyundai technicians with extensive knowledge do the work. I have had a pretty good experience for the time I have been coming but this last visit warranted a review, which is the first one I have left, to explain how overly satisfied and pleased I am. I was having some issues with my vehicle that I wanted to get looked at to see if they were repairs that needed to be done, after I expressed my concerns to Drew he immediately made me feel at ease and informed about the services and repairs needed to resolve all of my concerns. He gave me several options with cost effective options and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed or taken advantage of. He kept me informed via text message and called me when they had other recommendations. My questions were answered in great detail to where I had no concerns about work being done nor did I feel lost about items being taken care of. He was so friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable that I will be using him from now on and also informed my parents about him so they can use him for their Santa Fe. This was a pleasant experience and encourage you to contact and set your appointments with Drew to have the same level of customer service when you get service work done as well! Thank you, Drew!

Ed Voyles HyundaiReviews
Ed Voyles Hyundai review
I had a wonderful experience last Friday, Feb. 14th at the Ed Voyles Hyundai. I received the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership. Maria my Service Advisor was very helpful and accommodating. EJ was the sweetest young lady and was very helpful as well. My technicians Corey and Emmanuel did an excellent job with my repairs. Micah the porter was nice enough to go to the back and retrieve my apple charger from my car while my vehicle was being repaired. The Service Manager was not nice at all and very unprofessional to say the least. I asked to use an iPhone Charger and one of the employees found one for me. I would typically have my cord on me, but what I thought would be a quick oil change turned into an 8-hour costly repair. Because I was caught off guard with the I was not prepared for the time spent at the dealer and I live across town so I could not go home nor was I provided with a loaner. I had a conference call to take and needed a charger. I went to one of the service advisors and she tried to help me find one. She found a cord in the wall but, when she went to grab it the service manager snatched it and said no. He was really rude and disrespectful about it, and I felt so disrespected by the way he handled it. He saw me there all morning and knew I would be there for the majority of the day, but his attitude was horrible about it. That's when Micah saw the disappointment on my face and suggested that to retrieve mine from my vehicle, he was such a sweetheart. I will definitely return to Ed Voyles Hyundai because of the employees but not the Service Manager.

Although the trade-in process took over three weeks, the team remained patient, professional, and committed to getting me the best possible deal until the very end. I truly appreciate their dedication and effort throughout the entire process. Once everything was finalized, the paperwork was incredibly quick and efficient, taking less than 30 minutes to complete. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for going the extra mile to make it happen!

AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia review
Had a wonderful car buying experience at AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia with Jodi G! I first made email contact with the dealership about a specific used car listed on the internet. I quickly received 2 emails from the dealership, including one from Jodi. We ended up texting each other over a long weekend (I was out of town) and arranged for a test drive on Tuesday. Arrived at 2:30 and drove out in my new car about 2 hours later. Jodi has reached out to check on me and the car, which is a nice touch!

Potamkin Hyundai review
Javanie Rickards is an outstanding sales representative at Potamkin Hyundai. He delivered exceptional service and was consistently patient and responsive. What began as a semi-serious cold call to the dealership turned into a two-and-a-half-week conversation during which he answered all of my many questions through personal calls and texts. I purchased my Tucson Hybrid sight unseen, but Javanie provided detailed videos that gave me complete confidence in both the vehicle and the transaction. He also shared key information that helped me decide on choosing a hybrid. Since I didn’t have a trade-in, he even delivered the car directly to my home—an extra step that truly stood out. I never expected to write a review about a car-buying experience at a dealership, but I’m genuinely happy to give a 5-star rating to Javanie Rickards and his team at Potamkin Hyundai.

My husband and I recently purchased two brand new vehicles, thanks to Javanie Rickards. He was extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable, and easy-going. I highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a vehicle. Every car salesman should strive to be like him. Thank you, Javanie; you are truly great at what you do!
2026 Hyundai VENUE review
The Venue is a fantastic small car, perfect for driving around town. It's easy to park, maneuver, and drive. It has great visibility, without big blind spots. It's very comfortable and drives very, very well - far better than I expected for its price. My 6'2" husband fits in it easily, as driver or as passenger. It has quite decent power, and it accelerates faster than our old Honda Civic did. It has great storage capacity for its size, and I love the two-tone styling on the SEL model I bought. It's not a luxury car. It is small, the interior is basic, and there are certainly cars available with more horsepower. Nonetheless, it is an absolutely fabulous car for its size price - I truly don't understand why I don't see more of these on the road! I LOVE my new Hyundai Venue!

I had a great experience with this dealership. Nigel and the team did a great job and I would recommend them to my friends and family. I found the car I was looking for online, made an appointment to see it, and it was just as described - I was met at the door and the car was ready for me to inspect it. Everything went very well and I love my new car. A
