2022 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
We have a 2022 Limited with 24000 miles. It serves its purpose well with the ability to cary bark dust and as a daily driver. The creature comforts are very nice with the cooled seats and the heated steering wheel. is inexcusable that the top model has a manual passenger seat. The headlights are the worst I have ever driven with.

2024 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Had my night for 16 months, no problems, wicked fast with the turbo. Great combination of truck, suv and sports car. 25 mpg around town, over 30 on some highway trips. Comfortable ride with all the new stuff, phone projection, lane departure, driver assist, etc. Hyundai dealerships suck, I do most of the maintence myself.

What a great dealership! After being mislead at another local dealership (drove 2 hours to get to this one, rhymes with tow), I called to see if another vehicle was still available. To my luck, Brandon with Rusty Drewing Toyota answered and was nothing but exceptional during our visit! He quickly got me a response and made sure the vehicle was ready as I was pulling in. We ended up driving this vehicle home that same day because of Brandon and his EXCELLENT customer service and overall great experience at this dealership! Usually you get the overly sales pitched, on top of you, annoying and usually somewhat dishonest sales person at a car dealership, not at Rusty's! You will be treated like family! Offered, drinks, snacks, a play area for kids and down right honest conversations, where you know you get a fair trade, and a quality vehicle at a price you can achieve! Brandon did nothing but process this deal quickly (which I appreciated with two young kids under five and the hubby not with me that day), honestly and openly tell me about pricing and financing options, offered us a great vehicle and made it an easy process! He even has the best marketing, leaving you lots of his fun stickers so you know who to call and who to refer, which I have been doing since buying from Brandon at Rusty's! Our finance associate was also FANTASTIC! He was quick and kind in explaining details and options and made the process easy too! To top it off, during that time, they offered our family a trip to their "candy store and ice cream" at the dealership, helping to keep my kiddos and myself happy during a process that does take a little time. After finishing things up we were gifted a nice wine bottle and some more of Brandon's personal goodies (snow scrapper, car koozies, etc.)! I have never felt more VIP at a dealership! I wish we lived closer so I could service all my vehicles through this dealership. It's really like none other! You'll need to find my guy Brandon because he's the BEST! 2024 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
I traded my 2021 Santa Fe for the 2024 Santa Cruz as the exterior of the Santa Fe for 2024 to me was a turn off. Great decision, Santa Cruz is a pleasure to drive, great gas mileage and reliable. Only shortfall is the leaky bed cover. Dealer said it couldn't be fixed.

This review is in full support of Clement Hyundai – a dealership located in Wentzville, MO – which has shown remarkable, above-and-beyond customer care. At the end of our leasing period for a 2020 Palisade, my wife and I purchased the car outright. The transaction was handled smoothly and thoroughly by salesman Jeremy Null. Following that, our car needed to go through a few inspections for the warranty coverage. In doing that, there was a faulty wiper installed -- requiring the car to go back in to get it fixed. While this could have been a very frustrating experience – as we live more than 30 miles from the dealership – the team at Clement Hyundai went above and beyond for us, recognizing the inconvenience. Especially Jeremy and General Sales Manager Patrick Piper. They picked our vehicle up and delivered a loaner, as well as provided other coupons etc. to make up for the situation. When my wife realized she left my daughter’s dance recital tickets in the glove box, they drove out to our home to deliver them to us. That’s the kind of operation they run: one that has the customer at the center of what they do. I’ve never experienced such superior customer service from any other local dealership – and I’ve owned BMWs, Audis, Toyotas, Hondas, Fords and other makes and models. Clement is a first class operation and should be super high on your consideration list for purchasing a vehicle or getting service.
2023 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Good pick up truck over all but I would have some changes. 1st - Exterior. Front grill has too big opening spaces. It has potentially hazard to damage radiator with flying stones or debris get into it. Hyundai need to figure it out how to place electric plug for towing in the are next to license plate. I had to install under rear bumper and if i would have to put my boat in the water all the time, electric plug would submerge under the water and it would have it short it and potentially get on fire. 2- Interior. I believe sunroof 95% of the owners are not using it, instead i would like to have automatic window in the rear windshield instead of sunroof. Rear seats could be a inch shorter and it would gave a little more leg room to get in 3rd - Power train. I have SEL Premium trim with 2.5 Turbo engine AWD with 5K towing capacity. Excellent power train but would be nice to have hybrid or fully electric with same capacity.
