Was in the market for a used truck, but had no clue what I wanted, until I spoke with Ross..he intently listened to my needs and wants, and suggested a truck that has become our favorite vehicle of all time..What a pleasure to do business with someone who understands the importance of good customer service...The whole transaction was painless for me, because Ross anticipated all the steps that needed to be completed and did most of them for me...all i needed to do was show up with a check... I live in New York, and was initially leery of buying a car out of state, but this is my kind of shopping...Highly recommend this dealership and especially Ross Jefferson, who goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied...

Andrew and his wife are always welcoming everytime I go pay my car note. I had a small issue with my car and Andrew contacted his dealer and got my car fixed and repaired within 3 buisness days. I have referred people from my church to AGN auto gallery as well.

Salesman did a great job of finding what we wanted as opposed to putting into something we did not want. The Financial person was every annoyed to the point of being rude because we chose not to buy what he was selling.
I just bought a Jeep Rubicon from Aventura yesterday and wanted to leave them a review. This is the second time that I have worked with Shiva. He's insanely amazing. I've never had anyone respond to my texts and silly questions as fast as he did. The first time we worked together the car that I wanted was impossible to find so I had to go far away to purchase it. Shiva understood and when we decided to buy another one, I knew that even if I had to wait, I only wanted to work with him. If you ever need anything make sure to go to him, he's excellent! I've worked with service over the years and now one of the finance guys. I've never had any problems and was always greeted with a smile when I walked in. And, the most important thing is that I got the car I've wanted for years, with a deal that worked for me, a great price on my trade-in, and Shiva made it possible!
These guys are awesome! They made the buying process for my aging parents work for their specific situation and concerns, staying late to make sure it would all work out. Then, so my parents wouldn't have to make an extra trip to pick up the vehicle the next day, they delivered the vehicle--after giving it a free tune-up when they noticed something that had not shown up the previous day. They went the extra mile to make sure the vehicle was running well and worry-free, giving ME peace of mind that my parents were well taken care of.

My wife and I took our 2017 Ford Edge for service. Two minutes after we pulled over, the assistant manager approached us and inquired of our needs. Our car was left with her for service. We were directed to go to the spacious waiting room. Later, the assistant manager came and escorted us to the customer service for payment while explaining to us the abc of great health for our suv.
The last two times I have been in for service the customer service reps act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. They sit behind their desk and don’t come out into the garage to greet you when you drive up. When I walked in to where they are seated they all just sit there and act like you are interrupting them. My lease is up in a few months and their customer service has me thinking about going elsewhere for a new car
I have been to several dealerships while searching for a new car and this, by far, was my favorite and it's where I will return to purchase my car. They had the selection I had been looking for, the sales team was helpful & knowledgeable, without being pushy and they have proven that they will work with me on my financing criteria. What more can you ask for?
